From: Alyx Sands I'd be over in less than a second.... ...as long as you won't cook any pork! Can you swing by my place on your way and give me a lift? If she's cooking lamb and making homemade cheese, I want some, too and my truck is acting weird, so I need a ride. I'm ok with pork, but I could do without the fishballs. Honestly, I didn't know fish had balls. OK, seriously, fish balls sound awful and I don't even know what they are. I'm picturing matzo balls floating in that weird matzo fluid, but with little fish heads and tails poking out. bleah.

From: Claire Silverspar lol. hmmmm ... isn't trout a kind of fish? Yes. But I'm not a trout, I'm a trout-chaser. I'm also a trout eater on occasion, but I don't ball them up. I usually wrap them in tin foil with slices of lemon and lime a little salt and pepper and a big handful of dill, then grill them. I've been known to roll them in cornmeal and fry them, but I'm trying to watch the fried food these days. Never balled them up and ate them with spaghetti. Not even once.

Mmmm gifelte fish! I SO love that stuff. Maybe not with spaghetti and marinara though. Kira and Alyx are welcome to come over for lamb chops (no pork!). So is everyone else for that matter! I have to warn you, since I'm packing, we all have to eat off of paper plates with plastic cups for the vino. And since the couches are all covered with stuff, we'll have to sit on boxes of books.
Bodhi: No I haven't read that book. Sounds interesting! I'll buy it after the move.

Paper plates and plastic cups work great for me, or we could just drink right out of the bottle. We can just eat with our fingers, no dishes to do.
