I know this is probably a really dumb question...but what is .Net please? :o
.Net is a Windows product that developers can use - though on many PCs it gets downloaded and installed automatically.

It may be a moot issue though, as I cannot find any reference to .Net in the info for SLMIV - the .Net might have been needed for something else or it may be a requirement if you want to actually do something with the Open Source files themselves.

You might want to send an IM or notecard to the creator about that message.

BTW - did you reboot your PC after installing it? For some reason, that will sometimes fix issues with trying to execute something newly installed.

I think my total is around 19,000. A bit more.

I plan to start boxing things soon. There is a lot of stuff I don't use.

I've begun sorting things into folders but it seems the non sorted things multiply while my av is offline or something.

I really appreciate you checking that out for me :)

Yes, PC has been rebooted (a lot lately as I'm still dealing with new LCD monitor issue...lol). I tried again this morning and same message. I will contact the creator as I would LOVE to use this system!

Not sure if this was suggested or a route you might want but how about taking your LMs and putting them all in a note card. Say clothing in one and Shoes in another hair etc. That way you have one notecard for a number of LMs also is easy to pass along.

I don't think I would like having to open a notecard first and then find and click the appropriate LM in order to TP places -- though I might consider that approach for some of the LMs that I do not use much. I did move almost all of my Pictures into a notecard, and I am working on getting all my textures into a Texture Organizer.

Textures, pictures, and LMs are really the least of my problems though -- mine is clothing. I have approx. 300 formal gowns and we do not even want to talk about the number of other dresses that I have.

There was a time when inventory loaded really slowly, say over a year ago?

With the server upgrades over that time, inventory loads quite quickly and a search only takes moments now, not minutes. Once it's fully loaded I don't think it's a lagger.

So other than removing copies of copies of copies of incremental copies and cleaning the mess, I like to keep everything, you know, just in case.

I still have freebie crap from day one but i won't toss them, so I guess 22,000 odd items will grow some more.
