In the blog about these little houses i noted they cant be resold or traded, or reassigned to another player..so when someone decides they want a bigger place, will they just abandon it back to LL, and or be stuck with it forever and then have it in their tier base or what?
Hopefully the house would be reassigned to someone else who wanted one (the rule probably only applies to the resident reassigning the house, not to LL doing so), and the other person would get that 512 tier applied to a mainland purchase.
