From: Rhonda Huntress I think Megan is pretty and she has exotic eyes. But I do not know anything about her personality. You can not make it to super hot in my book unless your heart is "super hot" as well. Agreed. But "pretty" is a dime a dozen. You're right about the heart of course, but the brain is important too. It's not just a question of "what on earth do you talk about AFTER?" If it is true that sex mostly occurs in the brain (as I believe), then it stands to reason that the sex is hotter if the brain (and the imagination) is also "hot." That's nowhere more apparent than in SL. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: when it comes to sex here, it's all about being articulate and imaginative.

Does that mean I get 120 of em? Heh. In SL, you can have that times 1000. You can't swing a ferret around here without hitting "pretty."

From: Scylla Rhiadra uh huh Remember what killed the cat? Yes, but the rest of that saying is, "but satisfaction brought it back." And that book I was meaning to tell you about is called Granuaile Ireland's Pirate Queen, Grace O'Malley c.1530-1603 by Anne Chambers. Wolfhound Press 2003.

Actually, I'm not looking for a partner.
1) How do you make an object you have created saleable, so that when someone clicks on it they will have the option of buying it, without the use of floating text.
2) How do you put a store in search so that people can find it, and where and how do you enter the key words so that when people use those words in search, the store will come up in the list?

And how do you set it up so that owner gets the funds after payment is made?

Look at the click action in the object editor.
Look at the "for sale" options in the object editor.

From: achem Serenity Actually, I'm not looking for a partner. What on earth was this thread for then? From: achem Serenity 1) How do you make an object you have created saleable, so that when someone clicks on it they will have the option of buying it, without the use of floating text.
right-click and choose edit, then set it for sale in the edit box. There's a text box for you to enter the price. Floating text has nothing to do with it. From: achem Serenity 2) How do you put a store in search so that people can find it, and where and how do you enter the key words so that when people use those words in search, the store will come up in the list?
In the "about land" menu, check "show in search". Keywords go in the land description. Costs L$30/week.

Thanks. I'm opening an art gallery with slide shows of art and some of my exclusive photos for sale. The main problem will be that visitors will not be able to teleport directly to the gallery, but will instead rez in the main teleportation area and will have no idea how to get to the gallery from there. I will not be able to put a sign in that area. Maybe they'll have fun trying to find the way to the gallery or not.

Why won't they be able to teleport directly to the gallery?

It's the way the sim works. If you give someone a LM for any point in the sim, they will still go the main area. Don't know why.

Because the land owner set the landing point there. If they intend to go elsewhere, tell them to follow the red arrow. It points the way and even tells them how much further to go. So how'd you get from looking for love, to running an art gallery in one thread?

From: Scylla Rhiadra ... "lady." In fact, I was flinching a bit as I typed the word . . . I prefer the term "gentleperson".

From: Kaimi Kyomoon I prefer the term "gentleperson". Wouldn't it be great if the whole huperson race were a little more politically correct? Pep (has always thought "lady" was a compliment; perhaps you have self-esteem problems?)
