I think for many .. tier was JUST affordable ... no matter what level you went to...some have tiered to the limit and have budgeted accordingly.
in the UK ... the given practice is to incl VAT on the price given... but services ...well i dodnt know ... How many of you seen PRIVATE sellers on Ebay trying to charge VAT on thier second hand crap *lol* I like most are unahappy with the way this has been handled, but tier IS expensive isnt it. _____________________
