There are many reasons why I love you, the fact that you can sanction a Friday thread ahead of all of us being one of them. :p

Absolutely, as long as she doesn't point out that it's over before it's over, if you know what I mean :)

I want someone to post a CURRENT pic of Morgan Fairchild in a bathing suit. I'd hardly call her "today's chick". Dynasty ended 20 years ago and she just turned 59...

I would have given her some lindens. I am not a mean and heartless person. Nikki really needed the help...

Nikki wasn't looking for Lindens. She was asking for cold, hard, American cash.

Which raises a question...

A person comes up to you in rl and in a non-threatening way asks for money... how much do you give them?

The last time I got asked in real for money by a stranger I was eating a hamburger and I offered them a bite. They took it to. A great big one =)

I do the same in SL. Just offer food if people are poor and destitute. Sometimes opshop clothing as well if I come across people wandering naked on a snow sim or somewhere like that. I just not want them to catch a cold and get sick really.

At which point I'd have said, "It's all yours dude. Why don't you just finish that."

I am far from a gourmet chef but fortunately my daughter loves peanut butter and jelly. Surprised no one has mentioned Nigella Lawson. I actually feel like cooking after seeing one of her shows.

She is also small, at 5'4".

Better watch that, buddy! We little 5'4" people can do a lot of damage with our bunched up little fisties.

Ceka, the state of Texas just yesterday ordered a recall of EVERY PRODUCT ever manufactured and distributed from a specific company. It gets bigger by the day.

Somebody I just met told me the other day 'Treasure, you are a tiny avatar'. lol. Surprised me because I am 5'6". IRL I am around that same height, but I have noticed how big SL avatars are. It never occurred to me that I was 'tiny' but I guess in comparison. Why are all the avs so tall?

For one, it's the Barbie proportions. Just work better when avi is tall and has gargantuan legs. ;) The other reason is that there is a lack of proportional stuff that lets you easily guess height. So the lack of accurate perspective leads back to point one, people just make 'em how they look best (in their view).

Someone said that the original Avatars were huge creatures, so all the early builds were on that scale and the proportions just stayed that way as they "evolved".

Ghosty's just 6' and he gets towered over by some of the other avas. Vishnu, on the other hand, is 7' in sandals. :)
