They were planning on having the rehearsal dinner at Lias' sushi joint. Is that off too now?

I hope it's not off. My alt works there on the weekends. Would love to meet everyone in a more relaxed setting.

Every other weekend. Some weekends she attends classes at that University. I think you can get a tp from what's-his-name's profile.

Does anyone know who is in the wedding party, btw???

It'll be difficult to colour-coordinate the sushi for bridesmaids, I'd think.

That's just an index of how very EXCLUSIVE this event is!!!

So . . . you STILL haven't received your invite, eh? :(

If they go to the courthouse, I will probably be there anyway. Remember always plead innocent, make them prove everything.

Has Sable been notified, as I'm sure a very experienced wedding coordinator will be needed, or are you taking on that job yourself? (which is probably fine with Sable, sometimes you just gotta say 'NO'.) :p

of course, I *might* have been invited, but mail from Pep gets returned unopened.

Oh lord, I don't do wedding coordination. I just officiate . . . you know, mumble a few niceties about the sacredness of the matrimonial bond, quote from Corinthians, etc., etc.

Actually coordinating a wedding takes far too much competency for me!

I should take this opportunity to remind you that this is called the "Resident ANSWERS" forum. I think it is your duty to elucidate further. If only so that I can respond in an appropriately shocked and disapproving manner . . .

(I am behind on my quota of "eeeps" and "Ewwwwws" today . . .)

Yes, I agree actually. I find doctrinaire atheists every bit as annoying as religious bigots.

I'll find a nice agnostic text, shall I?

Find that one allowing wives to be chastised as long as the stick isn't is big around as your thumb. Should be right up Pep's alley. Unless of course the wife takes it away from hm and ..........ummm well you can imagine.

Oh dear, we're back onto that Berkeley, Hume, and Schrödinger's cat thing, are we?

I am sure that, come the wedding night, Laurin will prove herself anything but a "figment of your imagination" . . .

(Nudge, nudge, wink, wink! :D )

Chris, you know that after my years as a pro sportsman I don't believe in violence of any sort . . .

Pep ( . . . especially that exacted upon my person. )

PS Chris, whatever you do, don't advertise the Forum Cartel Hallowe'en Party as including the ceremony. ;)
