Since there is only one Kids Bot vendor (isn't there?) *and* the vendor's avatar name is here, isn't this naming and shaming?

wow if i was that upset and wanted everyone to see my message i would post on the blog forums where everyone is now..but that's just how i would do it if i was mad..maybe you have your reasons for not doing it there..

Wow, you have to work very hard to make people root for the kid bot owner, with that company's rep. But I think in this case I am rooting for them.

I'm only interested in US$24, not who is rooting for whom. Whether she's pleased or not pleased makes no difference to me.

Strange how you have two posts going, one is about "a friend" who was ripped off by a vendor having murderous thoughts. The other is a rather hysterical rant about you being ripped off by a vendor.

I paid L$6,000 to a Kids Bot vendor and she has not delivered or refunded my money after a month while the vendor continues to promote sales. I submitted an abuse report but still no action.

most creators ive ever interacted with in sl are very reasonable and willing to help. however, they do have real lives that sometimes interfere with their ability to be in world and also get im's, notecards, etc. it has certainly happened to me that my customers might send me a note or im that i never actually receive. this is not real life and communications are not fool proof.

in addition, anyone who acts aggressively or in a threatening manner will get muted and banned from my land so that all ims and communications that follow will just go poof and not be addressed. most of us are more than happy to help, but not willing to be threatened or harrassed.

Actually that's an easy one. No there is no justice in SL.

Here you go, want your kid bot. Do this, get a copy of testclient and set your Main as it's master, then also get a copy of some chat reply script (sorry I can't remember their names). That's all Kidbots are. Even if you were sent your kidbot kit, you would have still got ripped off, cause everything to make a kidbot is freely available.

What an interesting thread Not because of the topic but because of the speed at which the OP turns on people who write nothing wrong. So here's my tthought (not for the OP - she isn't interested. This is for eveyone else).

The OP payed for a product which wasn't delivered due to SL's borkiness - not a rare occurance. The OP thinks that the seller is at fault and writes a snotty meesage to him/her. The seller has no way of knowing whether or not the item was delivered so, because of the OP's attitude, s/he decides to ignore, since there a fair chance that the OP is trying to pull a fast one.
