Have you contacted Naughty Dreamscape about this? I am only a slight acquaintance of hers, but I know she has been involved in a variety of legitimate SL businesses. I would first suspect a communication problem, most likely secondary to the uproar about the product. If you haven't already, perhaps repeated NCs will result in a reply.

I take it as implied that the vendor was contacted; it would be illogical to be upset by the lack of a response had this not been the case. By the way, an Abuse Report in this circumstance receives no action. Any problem you have with a purchase from an in-world vendor is considered a "resident dispute," something which Linden Lab explicitly states it will not act upon. |

Annaleigh was just trying to be helplful and Benski was bringing up a valid point. No one hasn't heard the side of the vendor. Perhaps someting irl (as it should take presidence) prevented the vendor from making the delivery. It amazes me how some forget that there is an outside life to sl and how quick some are quick to point fingers and call someone a thief. Please try to settle down warmonger, there is probably a very good explanation for the delay. _____________________

Again, this about US$24. This is what people are paid in my country for doing one day of hard work. This is half of the minimum wage in my country for one week of work. Almost half the world — over three billion people — live on less than $2.50 a day. |

Items disappear from the servers, some never get delivered, and in the end, you'll lose everything when LL no longer offers this service. While everyone here can understand your anger, you should not be directing it at them. You asked a question, people gave you their honest answers. This is not a customer service line, nobody here is affiliated with LL and they certainly aren't paid to answer your questions. You are not our customer, we are all peers. Until you can understand that, you won't gain much from RA. |
