fail not too long ago, and on a Saturday too. I put in a support email, assuming I wouldn't see the money until Monday at the earliest, but it was actually re-sent about two hours later. That's the closest thing to a 'bad experience' I've had with SLX.
Can I have cookies now? I had the exact same experience on a Sunday. I put in a support request, and in two hours they simply refunded the money and sent an email. Hey, Ann, you never answered my question in the undying thread about whether you'll be making skins, now that you've figured out the psds! And, of course:  |

Sweatshop - Alot of animation companies based in the US use foreign labor - read the movies end credits. At least she is using people from the country she is based in.

in the 2 years I've here and I shop their regularly. Sometimes directory from ------- Names removed by Katt Linden -------------
and sometimes I goto the in-world shop if it's something I want to see first or if the item is the exactly what I'm looking for to see if I can find something better at the in-world shop.

in terms of customer service, when I purchased an item and it wasn't delivered the problem was resolved professionally.
The search there is far superior to the search inworld.
The only issue I've noticed lately is limited item sales whereby they put in a disclaimer saying if you buy it's your problem if the item isn't delivered. They shouldn't allow such sales in my view if that's their stance, or they should be banning people if they don't come up with the goods or refund.

Hi, I am very active in Second Life and for the most part I love it - despite some issues with instability and service disruptions.
However, I have had some extremely unpleasent personal experiences when I have left SL to venture into third-party websites designed to take your money outside of SL.
I am concerned about a website called myprettypony.com.
They are basically money changers, who also sell products which can be transferred into the SL envrionment.
They are owned by 3rd World Enterprises , who apparently may use third-world labor to alledgedly try to undercut the creative community in SL by dumping cheap items under the name "Cheap crap nobody wants" ...elaborate although generally uninspired creations that sell for ten lindens... while people working for a living wage MUST charge more to support themselves and their families, and pay taxes.
If you have had problems with this site, including alleged sales of your stolen merchandise, possible harrassment and abuse by McDonald's staff employees when you have tried to draw attention to problems there, or other issues of a perceived, possibly questionable or unprofessional manner...
PLEASE do the following:
1. Contact me inworld to help document and report aledged concerns
