fail not too long ago, and on a Saturday too. I put in a support email, assuming I wouldn't see the money until Monday at the earliest, but it was actually re-sent about two hours later. That's the closest thing to a 'bad experience' I've had with ------- Names removed by Katt Linden -------------

So, you're saying that you DIDN'T email their support, and were ticked because you couldn't speak to a human the first time. Instead, you went to ------- Names removed by Katt Linden -------------
headquarters, talked to a CSR there, who was Tech Support (which is NOT account support). This eventually lead you to be ejected from said sim and she also supposedly reported your name to Linden Labs (as opposed to the other 15 or so people who probably also reported it - it is offensive) which got you banned from SL. And thus, you lost all your inventory, because LL forced you to change your name? Wait what?
When you finally did email the support, you decided to spam them, instead of waiting a day or so before responding? So, Sami (who I find to be the more laid back of the two) emails you to knock it off, they got your info, (which they're probably STILL trying to translate into English,) and still sent on your L$.
Okay, let me clue you in on something. I'm assuming this is an alt account, because the first one had it's name changed. The name is entirely your fault. Get some big-boy undies, suck it up, and deal. It has very offensive overtones. Eventually, you'll offend enough people with it, that you'll be banned and forced to change it again. Thus the cycle repeats. You cost yourself your inventory because of it.. they didn't.
Second, read your post exactly as you typed it. You'll die from not being able to breath, due entirely to the lack of a period. Periods save lives. Remember this.

it says that emails from yahoo tend to get lost so in fear yes i emailed them more then once and even though they tell u it gets lost they reply to me with person who reply was sami tabla so if they dont want multiple emails then they should not post on there suport page that emails get lost oh and for the person who got tired of helping me about the money i was screwed out of and started my flag acount was------- Names removed by Katt Linden -------------
