No, I won't join your group, OP, and yes, I'll share my experiences with ------- Names removed by Katt Linden ------------- with friends and forumites alike. I mean, ------- Names removed by Katt Linden ------------- has far superior customer service than Linden Labs, shorter response times and their site is easy to use. Their up time is higher than SL's and when they're down, you know it. None of this asset server sneaking up on us and biting chunks out of our inventories! As for who owns it? For all I care, a group of highly talented chimps could own it and staff it. It runs well, has great service and I search it before I head out into the wilds of SL in search of hair and shoes. Heck, I even *gasp* trust them with my money and my L$. As for them being money changers? Go look at the LindeX, because it's the same thing. Right, now for the IBTL and derailment? Where the heck are these people getting the sticks to shove so far up their bums? _____________________

Poddy, you are setting yourself up for a whole lot of trouble.
Before you publish said website... you'd better have proof of everything you publish otherwise you'll be looking at a huge Libel lawsuit. ------- Names removed by Katt Linden ------------- has the means for multiple attorneys to come after you... do you have the means to defend such a suit? Also... if you intend to allow people to air their grievances in a public forum.. realize that as the owner of such a website you are responsible for EVERYTHING on that site. Why do you think forums are moderated? Why do you think forums have rules and/or get locked? Because the owner does not wish to be involved in a lawsuit. As it's already been pointed... ------- Names removed by Katt Linden ------------- .... and as far as sweatshops, she would be governed by her country of residence. As long as she is not breaking any labor laws where her company is based ie China.. then she has no worries. As for ------- Names removed by Katt Linden ------------- .... I've been a vendor for years now and I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved quick like and in a hurry. As for some unscrupulous vendors selling stolen items... ------- Names removed by Katt Linden ------------- has a DMCA process just like Linden Labs. I use ------- Names removed by Katt Linden ------------- all the time. I've never had any problems. I can convert and sell and move money to my PayPal account within minutes, usually. Much faster for those like me who don't like waiting for LindeX to credit PayPal. As far as ------- Names removed by Katt Linden ------------- selling cheap items, I don't buy or sell items in that price range anyway. _____________________

Right on OP and as long we're busting out the tinfoil hats, you got to know that SLX and Linden Labs are conspiring with big oil to keep gas prices high so we have park our fat asses in SL and buy virtual SUVs from SLX. M Linden don't fool me - he's a sock puppet for Bush and Cheney.

I had to look up the kanji "中国" , but I correctly guessed it, and I could read the rest on my own...I'm so proud of my progress As for SLX, I buy and sell stuff with them, and do all of my L$ exchanging there because they don't take a week to send me my money like the Lindex does. SLX ftw. |
