Did you restart your viewer after age verifying the new alt?

Oh the new alt wasn't verified. I used it just to make sure parcels I couldn't get to before but could now hadn't changed something.

I think I'm going to keep one unverified alt around for a while, just for the ability to compare issues.

I've had payment info used since shortly after my account inauguration, have not attempted to Age Verify, having the same problems Rock is having. Plus I seem to be able to TP into anywhere in Zindra continent.

My question/observation would be, has the having a payment info on file side of that OR statement gone by the wayside?

You're "account verified", so you can go in adult land, but you're not "age verified", so you can't go to age-restricted land.

There have been issues since day one with the parcel-level and sim level flags that require explicitly the Aristotle verification. That parcel level flag has NEVER been 100% accurate. It allows people in who have never in their lives, with any account, visited Aristotle's website, let alone provided information to successfully verify. It also denies access to people who HAVE successfully age verified with Aristotle, and who have NO PROBLEM accessing other age-verify-required parcels!

I will agree that they need to eliminate the parcel-level and sim-level "Require age verification" checkboxes, because they NEVER have worked right. The false-positive and false-negative hit rate for those restrictions is over 10%.

Much as I dislike Aristotle itself, they do need to keep that as an option for "Adult Content Access" region restrictions, in addition to payment info, because there are some people who CAN age verify via Aristotle, but who can NOT provide payment info. (For example, an alt whose Player has already used their only credit card to provide Payment info for 5 or so other accounts, and whose card is no longer accepted for making new ones.)
