And yes I have my own sim now that I hang on, and no I do not care if I was banned... Please stop trying to make this post look as if its some personal vendetta.
I was direct and to the point in a professional way and it will remain just that.
I simply make points of question and you guys must do the rest.
Like any good/bad reporter I'm bringing things into light.

I think maybe Avatar island has many people walking on eggshells as a community and people are just scared to say anything.... Well that stops here today.

And as I have stated before the product/s that is offered by the cyberextruder needed a review and so I have brought that to the table, along with other interesting questions that im sure will be included within the thread.

Unfortunately commenting on Rhaorth won't bring you much joy even if she is 100% guilty which was kind of backed up by Savaj's version of events. The RA forum regulars on here are thick as thieves and they protect one another to the hilt, but it's good that you exposed a phoney anyhow. Whilst you won't find many favourable comments on this thread, many will still read this, hopefully by a number of new players too.

Well thats a good point. its good to hear a few good outcomes.
I'm glad I can pull some points from both sides of the field.

One of my sim residents uses one; he loves it, wears it all the time. Looks just like him. lol Recommends Avatar Island to everyone that asks him about the skin. Point is different strokes, and if they didnt' have SOME satisfied customers out there, they really wouldn't have remained 6 years. My resident likes them, recommends them, and I'm sure there are others or they really wouldn't have lasted.

I think you might be right to the "THICK AS THIEVES" analogy.

No, I think it's more that people who frequent RA are sick and tired of people violating TOS and bringing their personal drama in here.

/me pees on the thread to indicate what I think of the whole matter. It's a private dispute. Take it to the sim owner. File a report with LL if you feel the need, even though they don't get involved in private disputes. Just please, get it out of here. You aren't doing a thing here but getting yourself reported for abusing the forum.

I forgot, and must edit to add: IBTL.

No.

The reason i reacted the way I have is because i saw Cjay's first post which was nothing but an attack on Rhaorth in a different thread.

This thread here is obviously a continuation of his attack in a different indirect format.

One person (Savaj) has already come and given an opinion of Rhaorth and her actions on Avatar Island. It is a different issue.

What are we supposed to do? Ostracize Rhaorth now?

I find this disturbing:
From: Savaj Laryukov

My problem is with the Fuhrer like Rhaorth Antonelli who bans people on a whim, many of which are solely there to HELP the new players. This IS an entry point, yet she discourages people from helping people that that just enter Second Life. She proudly ponders in open chat, "wonder who I am going to ban today" and selectively enforces the rules where favorites continually receive a pass. Questioning ANYTHING earns an automatic ban. It's a classic case of, "absolute power corrupting, absolutely."

Maybe the people of Avatar Island need to organize and do something as a GROUP about their problem.

Coming to this forum does nothing but character assassinate and unless you tell me she is drowning babies or puppies I will not be reacting to some personal InWorld drama dragged into the forums with the intent of creating conflict.

You dont seem to get the point of thread.

You must have not really connected the dots but rather where having a gut reaction to my comment about me not putting Rhaorth on ignore in the forums, although after being called and harrased by her in the Im, yes she is on ignore.

As for you You just dont get it do you? I have already ask you to stop posting or flamming the thread and why you continue is beyond me, Maybe making a copy of my personal profile and posting it in a thread could be a nice big fat AR for you, but I wont stoop that low. I think what we have here is a case of the Thread TROLL....

Hmm....Calling me a troll?

You came here with the intention of starting a hate/drama thread, and you call me a troll?

Put me on ignore.

Nothing ARable about posting your SL profile on the SL forums, after all, it is not private or personal information and easily obtainable inworld.

Why don't you address the pertinent things i said in the post you quoted.

Gather your evidence and take it to an authority.

We are not that authority and as many people in this thread have already emphasized, it is not the proper place and we do not care for your spreading of conflict.

So sayeth the Troll.

Can we stay on topic people....

All i want is your positive comments about the entry point or your problems you have had. Let's not make this a personal vendette about me or Rhaorth. I gave a quick review of an entry point into second life that was not so wonderful, and a company that seems to not care about its community of customers, What is so wrong with that? A few of you have tried to make this the big Rhaorth battle, although I can say my conversations with Rhaorth have be less then constructive. I do think though that the owners of the sim could have made a better choice of a person who has better social skills.
If you dont like this thread move on.... Please dont attack me personally im just the messenger....:)

Maybe you need to...once again....gather people, formulate an action group, and send in mass complaints to LL about that Portal.

But as someone already said: there are those that have used that portal and their product and found it great and recommend it to everyone.

This really sounds like a personal issue.

I really doubt LL will care. People can vote with their wallets and not use that product offered there.

I just doubt you can gather enough complaints about Avatar Island to bring LL to consider any sort of action.

Basically, there is nothing that can be done but gripe and/or move on.

So sayeth the Troll.

256 banned people might be a good place to start from.

I think this kind of information is useful and I'm glad it is brought to the attention of Forum readers, some of which are relatively new users like myself. I won't be taking a trip to Avatar Island anytime soon.

I think the figure itself was interesting and some points interesting. However I found your posting the names so offensive that I don't even at this point remember the original company that you felt a problem. Nor will I be returning to this thread.

:(

I have SOOOO wasted 5 minutes of my life (a non-renewable resource TYVM) reading this thread.

But at least it reinforces my decision to just occasionally lurk instead of actually answering resident questions - you know, the ones that start "HAAAALP MEEE!!! How do I......"

Cjay I want to thank you for stepping forward and speak the truth. Many residents of Avatar Island feel the same way but are too chickens shit to speak the true.

As many of us I was born on Avatar Island and from time to time I like to go back and shoot the breeze with people who helped me to learn the ropes and also as a way to give back to the community I like taking the time help other newbies as well.

One newby i was helping was having problem with the cyberextruder. First of all he didnt know how to speak english very well so since I do speak french I took that person under my wings and tried to help him to the best of my capabilities. He paid for the cyberextruder, he never got the file, send an email to the comanpy 36 hours still no respond from them. So then I decide to turn around and ask our "beloved" avatar island moderator to help me with the case.

She was willing to help him only if was going to speak english by himself and that same moderator express to me that in no case the help of a person to help him translate on his behave was permissive! Why? never got an answer for this.

All to say the poor newby paid $2700L and what did he ended up having? no skin, no help and above all no refund.

As a newbie I paid the $2700L for that product and what a big desapointment. I was aware that it was important to send a good picture of my face so I went out of the way and took a good one to make sure I was going to receive good results to a certain point. what I got? paid 2700L for a product that was nothing more than mediocre, no help, no email respond and no refund.

One thing I do not understand with this comapny how can they be a portal and expect newbies to have $2700 on hand and pay for this product. Or maybe their are fully aware of the new born newbies factor and fully take advantage of they lack experience. mmm

Dont get me wrong here the cyberextruder is a great idea but this company lacks of etiquette when it comes to customer service. They do not deliver a product of quality and the sad thing they conduct themselve poorly and simply do not care if we are satisfied or not.

I do not recommand the cyberextrude to anyone in my book it is boggus.

As far what going on with our "beloved" avatar island moderator she as a poor judgement skill and her level of tolerance is none to zero. Now you can be ban for ...

using gesture in local chat
leaving your mic open
rezzing a prim
or not even speaking english. (We have witness newbies being banned because our "beloved Moderator couldnt understand what that poor person was trying to communicate and get the help he needed.)
for having a diplomatic opinion in local and voice chat

the list goes on and on

This is only the tip of the iceberg here folks. Dont be so judgemental about people who want to speak up the truth about the cyber extruder and the resident of avatar Island.

Go look for yourself, pay the $2700L and take a few days and hang out at the wall. At the end you will change your mind. We are not frootloops and NO this not a personal vendetta.

Cjay tank you for bringing this to our attention

peace out

They are; but in the wrong place. What do you hope to happen from posting in the Resident Answers forum? The residents can't do anything about your plight.

I visited Avatar Island tonight, just for a first hand look, after reading all the hoopla today. Seemed quiet, nice, got a great pair of shoes from Rha's store. Nice little side trip, seems a nice sim. Sorry some of you have had problems, but all of the customers haven't. And I don't know what you hope to accomplish in this forum. I'm not interested in a photo skin, so didn't involve myself with that, just looked around and chatted with a few people standing around, just getting a feel for the place. Rha was not there, and I have never met her inworld so have no hidden agenda, just wanted to see the sim for myself.
