You actually have several options. There is a HUD that mimics your menstrual cycle. I have a notecard on it somewhere, and using that you can tell when you're fertile. At that point, your partner (or any other person) can try to make you pregnant. You find out when you miss a period.

That's the first part. If you're interested in that, I can find the notecard and forward it to you.

After that, you can simply increase your stomach size gradually over time, or you can buy one of the "tummy talkers" that everyone hates.

There are some services inworld where you can have a simulated birth, and if that interests you and you can't find them through Search, send me an IM and I will hunt up the info for you.

After birth, you can either get a prim baby, which is pretty simple and not so pretty, or a more lifelike baby, which you can find on xstreetsl.com by searching for "ultimate human baby".

After *that* you could, if you wanted, adopt a child, meaning an adult who uses a child avatar. There are adoption services that help with that.

Oh.....I don't save that stuff. I once, falsely accused you of caring more than you let on and you were very convincing in informing me that was NOT true and a mere figment of my imagination, which, I totally believed and still do. I was mistaken. Hasn't been that long ago, in the undying thread, I could probably find it if I took the time to search, but I'm not. As always, I KNOW what I saw, and do not need to prove anything to myself. Maybe someone else needs to search it out, I do not.
