From: Argent Stonecutter By the way, y'all, there's an Ankh-Morpork sim. There IS? My neighbor wanted to get a group together to build one. I wonder if it's his, or someone beat him to it?

From: Virrginia Tombola YAY!!!! Terry Pratchett is wonderful and funny. Discworld is a hoot, but do read Good Omens, which he co-authored with Neil Gaiman. Oh oh oh oh yes! And what's more YESSSSSSSSS!! That's long been a favourite of mine too. From: Virrginia Tombola I would not disgrace the man's courage by being melancholy, but he has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's. He refers to it as "an embuggerance". Still, he admits that it is beginning to affect his work, so an appearance like this may be one of the last chances to see and hear the man "in person". Sometimes you've just got to Pun Like Hell In the Face of the Inevitable. Anyone who could invent Granny Weatherwax and Nanny Ogg, CMOT Dibbler and the Ankh Morpork Guards characters (not to mention dozens of others) is OK by me. I love the Discworld books. Many have tried to copy and all have failed. Read them once, LOL at the puns and grin sardonically at the RL satire. Read them again and recognise the different layers and spot everything you missed first time round. -- Aes

There is a group..."The Unseen Theatre Company" here in my city (not sure if you all have one). They just do Pratchett books as plays. So, we are off to see The Last Continent next month. Can't wait.
