Morning, Threadies and Threadesses. Anyone here good at head massages? I woke up with a godawful headache this morning. Ugh. So sorry about your headache... Get comfy..dim the lights.. Beginning massage with the areas above and around your ears. Placing my hands on either side of your head, using the pads of my fingers, pressing down gently and moving the skin back and forth. (Moving your scalp rather than sliding my fingers across the skin.). I also massage your earlobes... Placing the pads of my fingers on your temples, pressing down gently and moving my fingers in small circles. Repeating this on the back of your neck, paying particular attention to the area at the base of the skull. Continuing to massage your scalp until I've covered your entire head. For areas that feel particularly tense, I may grasp your skin between your thumb and forefinger and squeeze for 20 seconds. I then release pressure for 10 seconds but I do not remove my hand. (my thanks to ehow.com to help me recall the sequencing) Pretties for the day, an English version of the Angeal & Genesis vs Sephiroth fight, in Crisis Core. Beautiful boys galore.
