I'm not a good daytime sleeper, no matter how tired I am, If the sun is up, I can't sleep more than a couple of hours. As long as it's dark when I go to bed, I'm fine.

Doing this with my sister's twins helped delay me having my own by a few years. Whenever I got the motherhood pangs, I just borrowed her twins for a day or a weekend. She was a single mom so she loved the break and I got my 'want to be a mommy' fix.

Morning deviants and thread people! My coffee pot died over night. I tried to resuscitate but it didn't work I will be having memorial services at 11 am followed by a trip to Target to find his replacement. Today is a sad day in Rioko Land. I loved that freakin thing.


Party was great last night! Even though I was running at 0.2 fps and thought my computer was going to explode on me...Wish I could have participated in chat more,unfortunately I had so much lag all I could do was dance badly and listen/watch. Thank you though Feline! I really need to find out what is wrong with my internet connection.

I have some window shades that can make my room almost like night in the middle of the day - I love them.

I hear you there. After relogging 3 times, the people then took about a half hour to fully rezz for me. I am counting down the time until the new puter gets here Tue. I never realized how spoiled I was by a really good computer setup.

Oh it was my RL best friend's sons party. I stayed hidden in a corner the whole time and watched all the kids drive her nuts. Great fun.

I do, too, Lil. In addition, I have some of those sleep mask thingies (obtained on overnight flights to Europe); they work pretty well, too.

I seperated the filter thing and ran a cup of really hot water through it over another cup. So I'm good for now.



Even my IMs were lagging thats how bad it was. I've had chat lag,but never IM lag! I think you took about 45 minutes to rez for me and I was right next to you! You looked lovely by the way,awesome hair.

You looked terrific also - not sure if I managed to tell you that after the rezzing finally occured. I had a few people that finally rezzed and I saw what they were wearing just before they left - it sooooo sucked.


ETA: When it was getting near the end, I started an inventory search for a LM of where I was going to go after the party. I should have started some sort of search after my last relog cuz after 25 min of searching for that LM I had managed to load 6k out of a 25k inventory. I finally ended up using the inworld search - which is sometimes only marginally better.
