I am actually a bit scared to log in today. Last night, about an hour before I logged out, I did an inventory search on 'worn' because I could not remember which folder something was in. My inventory had finally fully loaded by then and *most* worn items showed rather quickly -- however, that beautiful gown that I was actually wearing at the time never ever showed up in that search.

I have no clue whether I will be naked when I log in, wearing a dress that will dissappear when I take it off, or if all will be back to normal.

Oh my,your cat looks just like my old cat Yoshi. Only he was a little more muscular. That cat never shut up,loudest cat I ever owned.

Lol Jadzia talks a lot too but her voice is pretty quiet. Our other cat, Frank lets her do the talking most of the time but when he does say something he has that classic Siamese voice. This is him.

OK, I know your kitties are purrfect angels, Kaimi, but all I can think of is "we are Siamese, if you pleeeease..."

we had two that were born awhile back both actually born as twins in the same sack and actual siamese twins..not the connected kind but just because they were siamese..
they never left each others side ..if one got in a fight with another cat or whatever was giving one trouble the other would help it fight..
if you played with one but not the other it would get mad at you until you were playing with both..omg i miss those two..
they are such beautiful animals..

No kidding I think this song prejudiced several generations of Americans against the breed. They really are very sweet and friendly. Frank spends about 80% of his time in direct physical contact with me. Jadzia shares herself between me and my husband. They also play and snuggle with each other and are generally very entertaining.

I know just what you mean. Was it hard to tell them apart?

they were smaller than the other kittens that were born and when they grew up were still smaller than the rest of the litter..they looked very close to each other but one had this white tip on it's tail and look in it's eyes when it looked at you that could tell which was which at first..later it was more personality that told the two apart..one was more playful than the other..and they did have slight different patterns in their shading but if you had just seen them for the first time you would think they were copies ..you could tell they were twins hehehe

it was sad though ..one day they both never came home..i always thought someone took them..

I know what you mean. Siamese cats are great! When I was growing up, my best friend lived next door to me, and her family always had two Siamese cats...always. In fact, her parents still have two Siamese kitties.

All of them were friendly, playful, and quite smart! (ok, there was that one cat who was really a scaredy cat around anyone except my friend's mom, but that doesn't count.)

why would anyone be against the breed siamese?? i never heard of this..if anything i have heard of people wanting them more than anything because they are the coolness of cats..
they really have people that want them out of the country?

That is so awful. I'm so sorry it happened to you. That's how we lost our last cat. He just didn't come home for dinner one evening. It was almost as bad as having a missing child... We were going door to door and putting signs all over. We never did find him, but we did find Jadzia at the pound while we were looking for Max. We don't let the cats we have now outside at all.



I know they are super cool. But I remember back in the 50's when Lady and the Tramp came out and it seemed as if after that people thought that Siamese cats really were mean spirited.

Hi Ceka...did you ever see that Disney movie "Lady and the Tramp?" That's what we were talking about. The two Siamese cats in the movie were...mischievous, to say the very least. It was on the basis of this movie that some people may have gotten the wrong impression about Siamese cats.

My all time favorite Star Trek character. I just like the name, too.

oh so thats where that comes from hahahaha..well i will say the twins i had were little trouble makers at times but to me that made them even cuter..
there is nothing funnier than seeing the looks on a cats face when they are busted lol
you almost expect them to start pointing fingers of blame on the other lol

but yes that is just silly that people look at a cartoon and take it from there at how animals are..because in one disney movie a dog or wolf can be the evil one but in the next they could look like bambi..
