I'm so tired from shoveling snow that I have to go to bed...but I don't want to leave...I don't want to miss the forum's final moments.
I have nothing thought provoking to say...just that I've loved being a part of the forums and this thread. You've made this a home away from home for me. I've made good friends here...good friends. They can take away the forums, but they cannot take those friendships away from me. So, thank you for your conversations, your humor, your support, your good suggestions, your silliness, your love, and your time. I cherish the time we've spent together. It's meant a lot to me. I've decided to become a bitch inworld. I have had a variety of clothing designers contact me about selling "their" clothes in my inventory. Clothing that THEY made transferable and the I now own -- meaning it might be THEIR creation, but it is now MY dress. One or two were very nice and said that the item was apparently accidentally marked as transferable because they usually never sell clothes that way. In those few cases, I took the item down and gave it away. However, a few simply sent me nasty IMs that I had better remove their stuff and they have ARd me and then they ejected me from their groups. The group ejections are just as well, given I would have left after those IMs anyway. For the ones that are nasty about it, I will not take anything down, even it it was an accident that it is transferable.  those cheeky twits .. please spill it to us in-world so we can adjust our purchasing habits.  _____________________

I am going to bed too, I thought I would just add my 'last' post to this epic and legendary thread, just in case the forums are closed, when I attempt to return in the daylight hours.

Yay! I'm glad you are willing to continue them. I think it's something that a lot of us look forward to each week. I love the pic of you leaving camp. You have a gift for capturing realistic moments in SL, if that isn't an oxymoron. Thanks. I have a tendency to like to show me comin' an goin' to different events and stuff, especially the more immersive ones, like Burning Life or Camp HardKnock. Same with my series of travel piccies when I moved. I like to look at the world we share here as some real place, with a history, and culture, and all that. Because, well, I think it is that too. Some people prefer the more fantastical, and that's great -- but I'm very much a creature of reality. Or something like it, anyway.  Wow that is fabulous, Mari. I could live in a place like that.
