I wanted to put in my 2 cents but all I have is these Linden Thingies:
Chicken.. ...southern fried chicken....BBQ chicken..... rice with lots of butter... .. I guess you have to eat butter on your rice, if you don't like beans. Red Beans, Rice and Sausage is the meal to have on a Monday. I also had turtle soup once. Like gator it has this odd twang to it's taste. Since then I have given up on reptiles all together. Of course I have grown up and have a real job. The next time I'm in New Orleans and there is gator on the menu, I'll order the ribeye; extra rare, please. When in New New Orleans you have to try the turtle soup at the Bon Ton Cafe. It will change your mind. (add some sherry to it for something special) No Twangs I promise. Order it as an appetizer for your Shrimp and Andouille Jambayla. (Andouille is a smoked beef sausage.) "CX" _____________________
