Title: Baba Ganoush
Categories: Appetizers, Dips, Vegetarian, Vegan Yield: 1 batch 1 1/2 lb Eggplant 3 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Salt 2 ts Minced fresh garlic 3 tb Sesame tahini -- (optional: substitute -- yogurt or sour cream) 1/4 c Chopped parsley 1/2 c Toasted pine nuts 2 tb Olive oil Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prick eggplant all over with a fork. Bake whole until tender (about 30 minutes). Remove from oven, halve and scoop out the flesh. Blend in a food processor with the lemon juice until smooth. Mash the salt and garlic together and combine with the eggplant, along with the tahini. Cool and stir in the parsley and pine nuts. Before serving, drizzle with the olive oil. I've read every post, but only because I'm stalking Yosef... No, wait. Does anyone know how to tell if someone is stalking you? It's just this funny feeling I have. I can't put my finger on it. maybe it's because Allegria said she was stalking me. What should I do? Should I leave the window tenting at 100% clear and turn off the security orbs? I have builds and scripts enabled alerady, is there anything else I should do? Thanks for your advice. |

WooHoo ZUCCHINI TOMATO SALAD 6 sm. zucchini 4 tomatoes, cut in wedges 1 green pepper, cut in strips 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3/4 c. salad oil Lettuce or greens Wash zucchini; cut in very thin slices. Combine with tomatoes, green peppers, onion and parsley in a large bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients except lettuce or greens. Pour over zucchini mixture. Chill several hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on lettuce or other greens. ======== Feed this to your rabbits for one week. They should be plump, tender and tasty by then |

Does anyone know how to tell if someone is stalking you? ... There is a nifty little setting under the Client menu or now the Advanced menu called Show Look At and Show Point At. Check those and when someone is looking at you, or touching your avi, a little X shows up. Go to a busy place and do something to grab every ones attention, and just watch the Xs swarm around you. |
