can you believe we have modern day pirates? USA Captain Phillips escaped last night, and the Somalian pirates shot at him and recaptured him.

this is crazy!

Now I know where men got the crazy idea:

Well, chimps don't earn enough to think it worthwhile buying champagne, chocolate and flowers.

Pep (Neither do most men)

What, you didn't like the sky box? I thought the sky box had neat textures. And wasn't the standard ugly box. Nor standard shape. I didn't get a prim count, though, so it might be primmy.

Looked like one of those neat little boxes I'd probably collect if I ever allowed myself to collect neat little boxes.

It was the items for sale, which I'd seen elsewhere of course.

For me, it was the fact that when I tp'd in the slave was there, naked with the mouth hud on. Ball-gagged and the with the "nectar". She was just hanging out, maybe her master was giving her instructions? Who knows. Another slave popped in later with "public naked slut" written in her profile. She disappeared in about 10 seconds. Not a very good public slut, didn't even stick around long enough to see if any one wanted to play with her :(

When Gerber baby foods began to sell in parts of Africa, they continued to use their usual packaging, with the cute baby on the front. They didn't realize until later that where they were selling it, it was a common practice to help illiterate people buy things by putting pictures on the wrapper of what was inside.

Yes, I had heard of that issue. What I've never heard is what their sales were like. Eventually they realized? Sounds like they had reasonable sales until they looked more into marketing specifically in Africa.

Actually the second one stuck around for a while. I was actually surprised. We kept talking about her and "a real customer" and all that. She was there at least a full minute if not longer.

She did disappear right after you noted the public slut part, though. heh

Been a while for you, has it? To complete the cliche, did you also wear a powder blue leisure suit when picking up your dates?

I suppose having the slider adjustments to her avatar mesh analyzed was not what she had in mind when offering herself to be used by others.

So, I owe everyone an apology. I had great fun last night out with the gang, and it reminded me that this is what we should be about - good times, low drama, mirth and merriment.

I tend to be protective of Elora. I came into the thread yesterday to read as I usually do, and Pep hit my button just right. Elora does not lie - it's one of the chief reasons I'm with her. (She doesn't always get her facts straight, but hey, I suffer from foot-in-mouth disease fairly often myself.) The accusation was over the top, and I went over the top after it.

So, I'd like to come back to the forums and the thread, if only to show that someone else's behavior shouldn't get the better of me. Pep is back on ignore where he and I got along just fine for many months - he blathered, and I passed it over, and it worked. Elora's a big girl who can handle her own battles; she doesn't need my machismo in her path. Me, I'd like to get back to the business of heated discussions, posting stupid pictures and answering newbie's questions like I used to do.

From what I've seen in the time I've known her, El can definitely hold her own and beyond with any Internet Pantload, and I'm sure the same holds true in RL. In fact you being the soft, wooly and sensitive type, you may need her to protect you. :p

Awwwww That's SO nice. I wish I had somebody stepping in front of me throwing down machismo. Was cool. Anyway, welcome back and maybe you can advise me on my facelight issues. lol. I have yours, but it doesn't do enough for me, doesn't remove the cheek/under eye shadows enough, but you saw last night what a more powerful one does. I'd rather wear yours, but I need more than it's giving me....advice?

What version of mine do you have? If it's before v4 it doesn't use full intensity.

Sure, remember those times I've accidently driven over you? Or driven off the road and plunged us into the water?

Elora has taught me not to criticize a woman's driving skills. No matter how white my knuckles get.
