(Is anyone else experiencing loooonnng delays waiting to post?) Plans for the next few days: Today...pretty quiet. Wrapping the final few presents, gathering stuff (china, silver, an extra tablecloth, in addition to foodstuffs) to bring to my sister's house. This is the first time she and her husband have hosted the horde for Christmas, so she's a bit...on edge. I took her to Costco yesterday so she could pick up some stuff. Tonight: Midnight Mass...if I stay awake, that is!  Tomorrow, a lazy morning...and then head over to my sister's to help out before chaos descends. Maureen, hope you enjoy your day NOT being the hostess although it sounds as if you're going to be kept extremely busy, nonetheless! /passes you some (cotton covered) toothpicks to keep your eyelids open hehe Have a wonderful time xoxoxo  _____________________

Brownies are cooking....they're taking waaay longer than they should lol, I hate when that happens. Still got tons of baking to do. Cookies, shortbread, mince pies, flapjack.... The mulled wine is done though...here ya go:  (next time I swear I will have a camera to take my own pics) oh, and ITS NEARLY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!! Yey!!!! _____________________

LOL, elu! I have no idea what that means, but back at you! I didn't either until I noticed the website mentioned on the photo. It is humor found from finding English being used in an Asian community. Engrish. There are other examples. Both there and in USA companies attempts to write in another language. Like the car that means no-go in Spanish or Portuguese or whichever language, country that was in. _____________________
