Son has been a butt for months, getting worse and worse in school- no lights are going up- no tree  Having been xmas deprived as a child (see my rant on JW's) I use to love xmas- i haven't really had a great one in years- some have been rather ok- but the actual spirit and goodness has pretty much dried up and blown away Last night driving home, I saw lights on my street. In SL I have a tree in the store and at home - this weekend I think I will go all out and decorate SL Christmas- with Santa and reindeer and jolly snowmen and lights  I bought the coolest welcome mat from Czari and a neat fireplace with lights from Skell - they look real pretty. I think I will make it snow too- prepare for serious particle lag-fest! I can't wait to see your place when it's all jollified. I bet the castle will look sooo cool dressed in its holiday finery. Skell's fireplace is very nice-- and the little table top tree is too! I've got a mat from Czari's place, too. Now, it's hardly impromptu, since I am mentioning it now, but I'd like to invite you all to an open house tomorrow...anytime after, say...4-4:30 pm SLT. CX was kind enough to lend me his Couples Intan thingie; I don't have a singles one, so I'll put out a box with some dances. I haven't settled on which radio station to broadcast. There are poseballs in the water, so you can take a dip and go swimming in the ocean...the hot tub will be nice and cozy if you want to just sit and relax...oh, and the fridge will be full. |

Wow, I have never seen it look like that before. If I were going to take a wild guess, I would say they have on purple socks. I have seen weird triangle flaps hanging down below the pants cuffs which is some quirk with the avatar mesh. Set the pants length to 99 and problem goes away. This *might* be a version of that glitch, but like I said, it's only a guess. |

Well, I keep scrolling to the Lexxi and Love picture ... and not just for the erotica aspect (but there is plenty of that there) but the collision and blend of all the different symbolisms gives me a feeling of nervious excitement.
Or maybe it's just Hawt! Well, no question...it.is.hawt. But the contrast between Lexxi's vivid coloring...and Love's black/white/greytones....makes for a very compelling picture. |

I'll check the RC tonight.
It was happening in other third party viewers too though...hmm.... OK, the issue is that nvidia stopped supporting palletized textures (whatever the hell that is). The result is what you see. This will hold for every client based on the non-RC code. So all of the third party clients are affected too. As I said, you can turn it off in the debug menu, though you have to do it every time you start the client. Personally I'd rather do this for now and wait until the RC is a stable release which gets the cool viewer (or your viewer of choice) treatment, over upgrading to the slow RC crashing hell. |
