Banned is banned. Does it make it right that other people are still using them? Nope. I'm sure your landlord doesn't want to get spanked by Linden Lab; just do the right thing and get rid of them.

The answer to this is a question: Why do you have those camping chairs out in the first place? If it's to increase traffic and thus push your location further up the search listings, then the blog has your answer: From: https://blogs.secondlife.com/community/land/blog/2009/05/21/further-clarification-on-bots-and-camping We know from your comments that you want Search to be fair and relevant, and we want that too. Whether a landowner uses Bots or Camping Chairs, or Camping Chairs with Bots in them, the effect is the same - the traffic score for that parcel is inflated unfairly.
Are there other uses for so called Camping Chairs other than for Traffic? If you know of some please let us know in the comments below! However, the feedback and data tells us that by far the main reason for large numbers of Camping Chairs at a location is to unfairly gain a Search advantage.
So the policy statement is that where we see a Resident unfairly increasing their Search ranking, regardless of how that is achieved, it will be considered as 'gaming'. We will give a first warning to begin with and direct people to the policy. However continued gaming can result in suspension or removal from Search listings altogether.
If your landlord has removed your camping chairs and told you that you cannot use them then the final decision on their use on his sims rests with him alone. If you go against that decision, it's up to you.

Thanks Saur Holt this is like the third thread you have posted on this same exact thing.. Traffic manipulation is not allowed anymore by camping chairs or bots..if anyone tells you different they are wrong..believe LL over these others telling you it's ok..let them get the warning..

I don't know where you rent from, but it could well be a rule in the covenant, or your landlord could have recently added it due to the change. I have had a max 2 campers/bots per landholder policy on my private estate since long before LL banned bot farms. I've taken a lot of flack for it and gotten a lot of upset tenants who didn't read the covenant, but you know what, it's been the right thing to do. Especially now!
If you are looking to boost traffic, there are much better ways to do so than camping. You might not get the ridiculously high numbers, but you will get real avatars that will buy things. Picks Rewards, Lucky Chairs, Midnight Mania, etc. will all bring people in and without falling afoul of LL. Also, your parcel could use a bit more optimizing for All search. I happen to be a huge fan of your store and I'd be happy to help in any way I can.

When push comes to shove it doesn't matter what LL says because your landlord has decided NO Camping chairs.
End of story right there

Just go get some Lucky Chairs Add your location to some Lucky Chair networks and groups. If you give good stuff - they can be as effective as camping. Also rent some adboards in areas where noobs go to advertise your free content.

Smiles to answer some of the post.
I posted 2 time not 3. and i posted because i was confused and needed a yes or no answer. I was not looking to make a big deal . I have been in SL for 3 years now and i always do my best to be a model person.
As for why did I us camp chairs. I only used 5 and if anyone try to put bots on them i kicked them off. I used camp chairs to help my customers out and to help with my sales. Better traffic was a unforeseen plus.
I do not feel 5 camp chairs for a full sims was abuse.
Now for the couple of people who gave me good advice.. Thank you that does help =^.^=

OP - It doesn't matter whether it's right or wrong, legal or illegal, moral or immoral, or fattening, or colored with bright green stripes. The owner of the sim has every right to return your stuff, eject, ban, staple, mutilate, and spindle as he or she wishes. That's one of the privileges of owning your own sim... you can do whatever you want to.
If you feel this is wrong, you can purchase a private region yourself, and be content with the knowledge that no one but the Lindens can return your stuff, eject, ban, staple, mutilate, and spindle.

This post was not about the landowner me and the land owner are friend.. and the sim was min as long as i payed my rent. He Lits me treat the land like its my own.In Fact he felt bad he had to return my camp chairs. He did not want to get in to trouble with LL and i understand that...This post does Not have anything to do with the land owner. It about what going on with Camping chair. So plz do not turn this post in to something it is not. My Landlord is awesome and i would never do anything to get him in to trouble!

I'm not sure if the OP feels the question has been answered at this point. If there's a hope of getting a clear-cut answer (something like "two camping chairs per sim is okay but three is too many" , I don't think that's possible. Seems to me that the best advice given (several times) is to just lose the camping chairs. Do something else to appeal to customers or to build community. Camping had its time, but it looks really bad now, regardless of whether LL intervenes in any particular case. It's almost like running those fake "skill based" slot machines: it makes the place appear to be a scam haven.
