Where, where! *bounces up and down*

Standing at the firepit facing the water, it will be to your right.

There is a playground area?

Yes, there is a children's playground down next to the water, next to the line of trees.

Funny story: While chatting around the fire, I mentioned the playground, and someone sitting with us (who apparently was not a forum reader, but just a wandering visitor) asked "Does the playground support alternative lifestyles?" I suppose there is an innocent interpretation of that question, but I was just thinking "Dude, it's not THAT kind of playground!"

Yes, and my swing set is just a swing set :) Not a "swinging set" or a sex swing or . . .my mind has become clouded and confused.

Wait - we put a playground for kids right next to the water!! That HAS to violate some sort of safety rule. You can't even have a swimming pool without a fence around it. What if one of the kids drowns!!?? Holy smokes! Think of the liability. We'll never get insurance now.

lol, my job's content filter is cracking me up. Someone finally added Second Life and its sites to the list, so I can no longer sneak on at work, check the blog, or go to www.secondlife.com. I CAN access the forums and, if I use a pre-existing 'secure' bookmark, I can still get to the main site.

Hopefully no one gets wise...what will I do if I can't spend my work day here? :(

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Just make sure anybody near the water has a floatation device. You can get them on the end of the dock.

Last week I found that the forums and the main site had made it onto the non-approved list. Then they quickly came off. I think someone in control of the list didn't like seeing SL on the list. :)

Well, I work for a school district...most of the stuff that gets filtered is because of the kids. I don't see SL coming back off the list. *sigh*

And I work indirectly for the government, as in I use government computers but do not get paid by the government. There is a simple word I could have used, but I didn't want to associate that word with me (and no, nothing illegal).

Nah, water's not a problem. The two sim borders, well...

/me stares at the ground... "Sorry Mrs. Mari's Mom... I was just pushing her on the carousel when she stood up and was flung across a sim border. The last we saw her, she was walking in a straight line and sinking below the ground." :(

See what I mean? That's not a conversation I care to have. Oryx was the co-project manager and she's way more compassionate than I am. When we kill a little kid, we should make her tell their parents.

Maybe I should do it. I have experience giving parents bad news about their kids. Plus as a Group Owner, I can disavow responsibility and blame Chris as Construction Manager.

Fine. As long as it isn't me, I don't care who does it.

Yeah! Tell them that the contractor used inferior materials and ran away to Bermuda with Ruth with all the leftover money. We are totally not responsible.

And I bet you two can make up a movie of him taking the kickbacks.

Yeah but I picked a lousy release time. Trout's latest masterpiece is killing me at the box office.

I just watched them all in a row.....now I feel the urge to get up, grab one of my saris (yes, i do have several in RL) and start singing and dancing, telling people about Trouts and VAT and pie and panties and playgrounds and... *ping*
