From: Kaimi Kyomoon I don't think taking the homes of small land owners and giving them to large corporations is really very socialistic. Nor do I but that is the effect of the ruling (which was pointed out in one of the dissenting opinions) not the rationale (if it can be called a rationale) behind it. The rationale behind it was that it serves the greater economic interest of the community which is a quasi-socialist concept.

Or a pseudo-socialistic excuse for transferring land from members of the middle class to private people in the wealthy class. In order to be socialistic the new project on the land would have to be owned by everyone.

From: Ceka Cianci you mean his current followers right? i read his book and he never killed anyone but the followers did on his word.. what a nut case..and he is not faking being a nut ..i saw an interview with him a couple years back and he went from talking normal to scaring the pants off of me in like the blink of an eye with that crazy look and instant change he made.. it was like when the guy was leaving walking out of the cell he did it.. scary man that one is..O.O Poor wording on my part. I meant the followers of the guy Senga was comparing to Charles manson, not Charles Manson's followers - they had the gumption to kill all sorts of people. I should have phrased that better. Mea Culpa.

From: Trout Recreant You know - the more I hear about people like this, the more I start to recognize the signs of them in RL. Of course, they don't pull this stuff in RL, because someone would knock their teeth out, but they have sort of an arrogant, self-entitled attitude and they tend to treat others as if we were all put here to serve their needs. They usually are pretty unsuccessful in life, but they blame everyone else for their failures and are psychologically unable to accept their fault in the matter. He probably thought his behavior was either a) entirely warranted since she wouldn't let him have her land, or b) absolutely hilarious. These people have severely limited senses of humor and don't understand funny at all.
I sort of wish I could round up the people who act like this in SL and do a study on them in RL. I bet some common themes would emerge. Severe narcissism, inability to relate to others in a social setting, maybe mild paranoia. No friends, other than similarly afflicted people, and failure to thrive in society. Just guessing, but I'd lay money on it. Oh dear. You've already started to notice, huh? Don't worry, the slope is slippery, but it is short.
