No.

Incidentally, a comma followed by an ellipsis is not proper English grammar.

It looks like you don't go out very often. There's sooo much to do in SL, but just like in RL, you need to go out and seek your own adventures.

It's not a game, it's a place.

Yapping, or a game? How... undignified!

For some, it's dollies and dress-up and playing house. For others, it's GI Joe or racecars or blowing up things.

In a dignified, adult manner!

Kinda...

If you come looking for a "Structured" game with levels and goals you will not find it here. If you play, you will have to find your own goals and pursue them in your own way. Its totally up to you. And yes is is a glorified chatroom as well, it is also a place of business for some, and simply entertainment to other.

In short it's a virtual environment and how you play or don't is totally up to you.

It's primarily a chatroom, I think. Although there are lots of activities you can do in SL, they all fall into basically a social structure.

And that goal may easily change daily. And usually does.

For me SL is a virtual community. I can choose to participate in events similar to those in RL; those not available to me in RL due to geographical distance, finances, etc., and provide a means to dabble in fantasy here and there.

The majority of my time in SL is spent with my partner - either exploring or just relaxing at home. In that respect it is a chat client with places of interest to explore.

Most of the remainder of the time I spend alone happily building, researching, planning classes, sorting inventory, perhaps exploring solo - so in that respect, SL is not a chat client for me.

Neither. Both. More.

I hardly ever chat. I'm not playing a game. I'm exploring a virtual world for entertainment and relaxation.
