Here is a thought. Call them. Use Skype if you have to. I have called them several times only to get ... we cant help you in this department , place a ticket, done that , no replys... I have private messaged several lindens , no replys. I have done everything that I can at this point and still nothing. This all happened on Sunday afternoon and today is tuesday... takes this long to get help??? |

MY IP WAS BANNED ... because of a vicious jealous woman..... Get someone to AR her as underage. It wont solve your problem, but maybe it will make you feel better. |

LOL PeterPan, the thing is I have concious and I would feel so bad hurting someone when it wasnt true. I have read that she can take back her complaint but at this point she would lose her account for lying so we all know she isnt going to do that.

on any other mmorpgs I have been on, if someone makes a complaint about a person, the gamemasters pull up the chatlogs and see for themselves what was said or done. THEN they take action based on their findings.
It can't be that hard to investigate first...if it were something that required immediate action, they might close the account first and then immediately investigate it...I do hate the risk that just being in SL where someone might AR you for...nothing....and you lose your account. _____________________

My question is ... What is customer service here at Linden Labs? I want some help here and I am not going to give up until someone takes care of this problem for me !!!! For those of you that dont know.. MY IP WAS BANNED ... because of a vicious jealous woman acting as a child and because of this We are not able to get into second life on any of our computers in the household because we are all on the same internet. WHY isnt this being taken care of and WHY isnt anyone even trying to help us with this???? I dont know where else to go at this point... Used the phone , no help, left PM to lindens , no reply and ohh not even read. I AM GETTING UPSET OVER ALL OF THIS !!! I wish I was closer to the linden labs where ever they are located cause I would have a sign and hold it up high and walk in front of the office until someone noticed me lol... I really would do that haha Maybe people in world should put up big signs saying bring back Jacama Zeme and Krygor Paragon , they are innocent and being falsely accused !!!!!! GO to the islands where lindens are susposedly and picket it for us ... get us back into second life where we belong Lets start a crusade and show them that us customers count and without us they wouldnt have second life !!!! Just a thought of course lol. Ok I shut up for a couple of minutes , maybe Jacama how are you on these forums if your IP is banned? _____________________

how are you on these forums if your IP is banned? My account was not deleted , my ip was banned from entering second life. My daughters account has been deleted so she cant get on here . OMG if I couldnt get on here I would be losing it , pulling out my hair and biting nails lol |

OUr accounts arent banned, see they only banned my daughters account.. ours is still active but when they banned her account they also banned out IP which means that the other computers wont let us in due to that. We have different computers but we are using the same internet connection. We are on a set ip .. not sure what they call it, not static one. I just want them to listen and they arent even doing anything about this at all. I have just sent 7 more PM to lindens from these forums asking for help and still no replys.. I am getting so frustrated with it

I don't recall the OP saying whether they have a static or dynamic IP though. Then you have your answer. Bombarding LL with emails and stamping your feet is not going to change anything. OK, so you wait 3 weeks and starighten it out. It's not the end of the world. You can use the time to do Real World Family stuff. |
