I hear Barnes and Noble are paying. Or is it Berekely and Jensen? Bartletts and Cotlets, I think... I'd like to place an order with Amaranthim for seventeen colored boxes. They sound like the furniture I had in college. Can I also get some cinder blocks and a scarred up doorblank so I can have a desk to work at? _____________________

If I had furniture shop it would be the worse because it wouldn't have pose balls or do anything interesting, because I don't know how.
I make things and very few buy them. I doubt anyone notice if I used advertisement paid or otherwise. I know I tried but that's not the point. Don't buy furniture from me! _____________________

Well, I shall give a benefit of the doubt, and say Blaze really doesn't campers, and he was just mentioning his store as an example of a place that doesn't.
Truthfully, I have always found it better to just make things I want to make, as best as I can, rather than expend energy disparaging the competition. I've even gotten to know some "competitors" over time, and unsurprisingly, they tend to be fun people who like to build. But, as the internet saying goes, YMMV. _____________________

Kudos to you, for not using bots, Blaze. I've started boycotting all stores that use bots. Giving my lindens and my traffic to my old standby's who earn it the hard way....and skipping the first several pages of search, when shopping.....also educating my friends and customers on traffic counts and bots and deception. High Fives to those who are botless. |

We've all seen that behavior before in the forums, and I'm quite sure we'll see it again until Lindens say enough is enough. And on another note: Yes Lance I agree those are extraordinary examples of craftsmanship in sl and my favorites as well. However, functionality, design, taste are all things that each individual must choose for themselves. Lets say you were looking for a large yacht to entertain a lot of guests in. Those creators don't offer a yacht with animated hot tubs, animated showers, 60+ custom animation bed, steam spa, television and color lighting system, and over 25 animated seats throughout the yacht. Nor do they offer a texas style party barge nor a jungle boat, just a couple of the unique watercraft available at Virgin Isle Marina - over 45 craft in all. Guess what I'm saying is, its apples and oranges. _____________________
