The worst furniture stores in SL?

My pet peeve are the stores with so many drones and campers the sim is lagged to the max. You can barely move because the store owner is trying to get a higher traffic count. Basically, any traffic over 5,000 is from campers and drones (except for that occasional big event that boosts traffic). You can either support that kind of nonsense, or just say NO and don't spend your lindens there to encourage them.

At BARTLETT & NIELSEN furniture, we dont use campers, we dont use drones, just real honest traffic in our double sim store.

I'm not sure I see how posting a Classifieds in the Resident Answers section is a huge moral advantage over using Campers.

Apparently at Bartlett & Nielsen they don't use ethics either. Take this to the classified section.

Weaksauce.

At least he could have personally attacked Phil, and we could have had an interesting Friday thread.

Note to self - do not ever shop at Bartles and James - inform all friends that this thread occurred and let them come to the same conclusion.

Better yet, avoid wine coolers and furniture stores all together. Learn to build, and save your $L for Irish whiskey! :D

Learning to build would negatively impact my drinking time.

Hey how about equal time?

Some of Blaze's competitors talk about their businesses day in and day out on the Bot threads.

The only thing on my property I didn't build was the skybox (which I could have built, but it was exactly what I wanted and free, so why bother) and my Steam-powered mechanical martini-maker, which I found by accident and loved so much that I had to have it.

I did all the furniture myself.

Oh - I have a collection of Lucrezia Lamont's art on one wall that totally rocks. I didn't build that either. Edit - damn! I'm also using one of her tables as a coffee table, so I DIDN'T build all the furniture myself. I forgot.

I build a variety of home decorations - box compasses, desktop microscopes and telescopes, etc. Which are not exactly great sellers, but which are a lot of fun to build.

dang - I forgot! I have a 4 prim table for sale at my store! I don't use campers. I'm probably way worse than Bartleby and Scrivener! I just don't advertise it.

(maybe in my picks)
