So Montana Man is standing in the store...just purchased his first manly man garb, (and he thanks you again)....and is fumbling with 30 items in one folder, trying to decide if he wears the jacket-shirt-tie combo, or the shirt-tie combo, with a separate jacket, or the shirt, with a separate tie, and separate jacket......holy smokes! The decisions!
He figures it out, and looks so amazing, that he just stares at himself and admires the manly man image for a very long time. Mesmerized. He gets the "invitation", from the woman he has spent 2 days shopping to impress for....and is summoned to the beach. He hopes that she has a better computer, so these gray blobs around his face and neck...go away.
He meets the lovely lady, and she seems pleased with his appearance. His concerns about whether or not his ass looks good in these jeans, are dissolved, as she is very appreciative. But she (who will remain nameless)....wants to critique the whole package.
So dude is standing there....two days of shopping, and his budget for the week blown, just to impress....and she wants it all off within 5 minutes. Dang, women!
He strips down to nothing....feeling like an insignificant hunk of flesh....concentrates on when to get the part in place....and she evaluates.
Seems there is some concern about the shade of his thing, not matching his tan....and his confidence is shaken. He's reduced to groveling to explain. Now his head is messed up. All the preparation was in vain, for only 5 minutes, and she has cut him to the core, while he stands there naked and exposed and vulnerable......because he missed one little bitty detail!
While he considers what to do, and tries to regain his composure....another manly man comes along, and there is competition. He doesn't have a clue what transpired, but she is off with the other manly man within two minutes, and left Montana Man standing there naked and dazed and in a state of complete confusion, and Montana Man is left in the dust. Being a Manly Man sucks.
This ever happen to you??? Were the clothes a waste?

Following Montana Man's exploration has been very intersting. Thank you for sharing. I don't have anything further to contribute.

This is all your fault, Mickey. You posted in his earlier thread that he'd decided to forgo a 'thing' that matched, because of his budgetary concerns. Now you see what happened, he could have forgone one of those outfits instead, and made sure his 'thing' was a joy to behold, instead of causing an ear worm of 'Send in the Clowns'. Shame on you for not recognizing 'his' priorities, he trusted you.

From: Eli Schlegal sonofabish..... Not sure if there will be another opportunity. And there was so much going on, at the time....being ordered to take off 10 pieces that just took you half an hour to put on....wondering when to put the thing on, during the process....wondering if you have your controls set up properly...do you leave your boots on, or off? He was also trying to cam around her, and trying to cam out, to see if the other women were pointing, too.... Major Stress.

Major Stress. The poor thing. /me shakes fist at Mickey for her insensitivity. And at Scylla for being so fickle. What's a little discoloration between friends. Jig woulda stayed.......

Men, by contrast, are so appreciative of each detail of the outfit, and never push to see what's underneath!

Major Stress. First you take of your shirt, shoes, and socks if you are wearing them. Then you put on the thing and quick as you can take off the pants. Hopefully the taking-off lag matches up with the putting-on lag and one appears just as the other one disappears. Not that I've ever done this myself...

Matching is very important. Maybe with next week's budget he can upgrade.

From: Chris Norse Matching is very important. Maybe with next week's budget he can upgrade. But isn't it more realistic to have a tone difference, since in real, most men don't have access to nude beaches? Therefore if they tan with a Speedo on, there will be a skin-tone difference. ???
