Lately I've been having a great time touring foreign sims (by foreign I mean in the real life sense, simply search on various countries and languages). Not only do you get away from some of the aesthetic conventions that can get tiring to look at, but you'll run into different approaches to building familiar items, and get some refreshingly different approaches to humor thrown in. Shopping in these enclaves can be a treat too, there is tons of neat stuff you won't find in the usual places.

I don't go anywhere, guess I've lost the social functions of SL. If I'm on, I'm either with my partner or alone in my workshop. If I venture out alone, too many ppl try to put the make on me...or pull me in their drama. so when I'm bored, I just stay off SL, and do something else.
