Hey Chaos! Glad your project is getting off the ground. Yes, do post an announcement when it's built. And, condolences about your Dad. We all have only one, which fact can be a blessing and/or a curse. Fortunately, as time goes on, it gets easier to cherish even our parents' rougher edges ... as hopefully it becomes easier for them to cherish ours  . |

And yes I know he did not behave all that well in the past, but this postings, as well as his answers, are just fine as far as I can see. So either be helpful, or do not post at all I would say... I agree. Chaos and I had a rocky past and I was snarky in his last post but it was making fun of his post prior to that. While I know it's hard to live down a reputation, Chaos has become a helpful member of the forums I wish people would finally give him a break. I'm sorry for your loss Chaos. I know it sucks even if he was an SOB. Actually most people grieve longer for parents they didn't get along with than those they did. Not as many good memories to pull them through it apparently. Congratulations on the new island. I don't know how, but make sure you cover your ass. As someone mentioned, you could work hard, get this thing up and running and have the entire thing pulled out from under you. I'd hate to see that happen. The previous Felonhall was a great build. I look forward to this one.

From: Chaos Markstein lol well thankfully my RL job involves working at home... on my PC (i'm a games designer) so i have lots and lots of time for SL, Felonhall stayed busy, but due to using a few 2 many prims and the place being to small i tried to rebuild it, then had a slight RL crisis, but thats all done now.
i never give up or quit and so far it has gotten my far in RL, and many close freinds of some of the surviving Dark-RP sims (missing mile, toxia, etc:NOT midian city!)
i just need 2 find a sim 2 build it all on now,lol
c'mon ppl someone must have a sim out there, even if its mainland Hey, what is wrong with mainland for RP? It works well for many small to midsize RPs if you control your prims and scripted items...been there done that. |
