She passed the erosion control inspection with full, established ground cover so I'd be surprised if she had probs with the structure. In fact, for all the construction going on in BC, there's remarkably little to no ground disturbance. I'm starting to wonder about that place...


You're right to wonder. Have you ever cammed beneath the ground in Bay City? The entire place is like a huge Karst aquifer. It's a sinkhole waiting to happen!

Sadly, I don't own any land there since I'm one of those pesky freebie account holders that clutters up the grid on weekends.


w00t! I'm now a semi-landowner. Found a really nice corner plot for rent in Oldtown. I'll be building over the weekend and setting up a small satellite store there.
