Speaking of parties, who's planning the Forum Christmas/Chanukah/Kwanzaa/Winter Solstice/Yule/someother politically correct holiday Party? I vote we make it another day long thing like the Halloween party; that seemed to work well!

Well, there's Sid's DJ parties, which seem to happening fairly regularly on Fridays at 1PM SL time. Probably because you didn't say something brilliant like: "is this a petting chair?" lol. You had to expect us to offer to pet you when you asked that question. It wasn't as bad as most guys in SL. We were fully clothed and Chris ended up dancing with you instead. Nika: Hey, is this a petting chair? Random SL Guy: You make me good sexxies now! Nika: But I was just asking about the chair. Random SL Guy: You boobies sexy! You mak with mee! Nika: ... Hi all. I'm new to the group - mostly been reading and lurking so far. I've visited the hangout and few times and - let's see - met Trout once and Chris a couple of times. Are there many other Cartel Brits online during the day rather than evenings, UK time? I can't usually be online in the evening and seem to miss most of the busy get-togethers! -- Aes Hi Aes I'm usually online during the UK day at the moment - I haven't popped by the hangout recently as I'm doing a custom build. I've only been to one 'official' cartel 'do' as such and that was before we had a hangout! The busy get-togethers are fun I'm sure but they are not the be-all and end-all. At the weekend I think we barely exceeded 8 at a time while I was there but had immense fun. Last night it fluctuated between 6 and just the two at one point but it was still rivetting. I'd recommend even if it's deserted there, to just sit down, sort through inventory or something for a few minutes. Put out an IM in the group channel. There's bound to be somebody up for a chat/dance/surf/swing _____________________
Be polite .. that newbie could be your next ex-partner.

I heard it once and I think it's funny when people look at you all wierd, like your speaking a different language or something lol.
