Obviously, friends I'm making - one in particular who is giving me great pleasure lately.

But if it's an object - my black and white tuxedo gown. I had one nearly identical in RL when I was about 20ish, wore it to the wedding of a celebrity eons ago, so it reminds me of past history/good times. Good fortune for having found it here!

People aren't possessions! :p

And, aside from that, I don't know...pretty much all of my 'stuff' is replaceable. My Celestial Studios skin collection would be fairly expensive to replace though. My Paradise Blanket, aside from being uncheap, also has sentimental value. I get mildly cranky when I accidentally detach my MystiTool. My eyes...they're the perfect color and kitty-shape, and I was a little freaked out that Properties wouldn't give me the creator's name until I found the shop again. A limited edition mouse toy from Gritty Kitty which always makes me laugh. Various Neko bits, although I haven't really found ears that I *love* yet, even after a year. ETD hair in general. My Trent Reznor/NIN jack o' lantern.

I could go on, but I won't. I'm obviously incapable of choosing a favorite.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

My hotel. I built it in August '07, and it's now a home to many, and a community gathering place. It's been a huge source of joy and grief, and it has played host to just about every type of drama that avatars can dish out. What a minute, perhaps it's my LEAST favorite possession!

This would fall into two categories for me.

Most precious possession = my skin, it was expensive and I spent so much time choosing it.

Most fun possession = box of free vehicles, most of them were completely weird but I have never laughed so hard in all my life as when we were trying them out (for example, flying bananaphone). :D

My husband. ;) Althought he's not really a possession. I guess out of my "things", it would have to be my horse from McLean's. I just love riding him, since there's no way I'll ever be able to have one in RL.

Freebie Boyoma Biplane. It's about 1/3 scale, bright red, and thanks to Oryx and Lexxi, we have verified that it can carry at least two passengers. One on each wing. I'm going for three next time. I still claim the title of first one to pull a barrel roll inside the Greenies House.

The only place you can get one that I know of is the freebie store on the OI that only new members can get to. It's a shame, because everyone should have one.

A complete flight will probably need to be made, eh? I recall crashing hard when we tried flying with two people on your biplane.

That's right. I forgot. Oryx and I crashed right into the window of the hangout when we landed. You were still on the wing, but offline by that time. We said a quick prayer for your soul, held a wake, got drunk and then rezzed the plane again and went drunken barnstorming. OK. I made that up. You did disappear, though, when we crashed. I don't know how long you had been gone. Flying and chatting is nearly impossible.

I think the problem is that as you add people, even though neither of you had a lot of primmy stuff on, you do add prims, scripted stuff, etc, and sim crossings get screwy. That's when people blow up. Lindal tried to stand up and walk on the wing while inflight and we both ended up having to relog.

Stuff like that just makes it fun.

To those of you saying your friends, significant others, memories of good times, etc. Pfffft. That stuff is not possessions, so stop making us look bad by being all mature and sensitive and adult-like.

My Dark Eden Lilith boots.

They are the yummiest boots ever created in the whole SL multiverse.

I just wish they made versions out of chocolate as well.

while i'v bought some neat stuff in SL i'm still constantly finding some awsome freebies, yesterday i found a hobo raft on SLexchange, this thing is awsome and my fav new toy, just like burnman said in his post on the first page, this baby cruises slow enough to res everything and is great for the mainland rivers.

what a great idea to go to a newb area, i'm pretty sure i can fit 3 more people on it and there is a pot of soup boiling away for the newbies to eat, must have a look when i get in world later today :)

took the words right off my finger tips
I was gonna say the same thing, people are not possessions

my fav possession is the ring my hubby gave to me

we never had a wedding in SL, never got married or any of that
we waited till we met in RL before we partnered in SL

he gave me a ring in SL that has the celtic knot on it, and when we wed in RL, his wedding band has the same design

so each time I see that ring in SL, it reminds me of how much he loves me in RL

Send several. Problem solved. Actually, in all seriousness, multiple pictures give me a better impression of who the sender is and they get a better rating as a result. it's tough to write something up based on one pic, and believe it or not, I actually do put some thought into writing up the ratings. I know that sounds a little goofy, but it's the truth. It's all for fun, but I like the ratings to make sense and be in context. Plus, I have something noce to stare at while I write. Think of it this way; the ladies of the forums are my muse.

A-frickin'-men. I have done 6.5 BILLION crunches in my lifetime and I'm shaped like a damn marshmallow. Stupid Trout has a 6 pack and Ozzy Osbourne/Early Black Sabbath hair and hasn't done a danged thing to deserve either. I so want to beat him up.

A replica of Doctor Whos TARDIS designed by Cheshyr Pontachartrain. In the past its been home, workplace, transport and the marvel of most who see it working. It can dematerialise and rematerialise at any point within a region where there is permission to rez, I can set landing points in my own land and on top of its ability to transfer 'instantaneously' it can also 'fly' normally too. It comes with a platform and even a sizeable add on room with a variety of fascinating controls.

On top of this Cheshyr frequently comes up with updates improving the TARDIS all the time.

You dont have to be a 'Who' enthusiast to love the TARDIS its looked great in its police box shape wherever Ive landed it.

Worth every penny.

My most cherished posession, although it might not truly be a posession at all, is my land. So extremely rare it is to find a topographically beautiful original mainland sim, with no lag, no adfarms or oppressing eyesores, only 3 small stores, only maybe 6 or 7 really cool neighbors all spaced far apart, located right on a Linden road next to a Linden river and waterfall, overlooking a lake and a Linden suspension bridge, and in the shadow of some of the tallest LL-created mountains in SL.

Favourite item-type possession would have to be my shape. I made it, it sets me apart, and has won/earned me more L$ than I care to count :)
