I doubt most lesbians would mind members of their community who are seriously playing a female character, regardless of their RL gender. But I know they rile at the guy who puts on a female av, has sex, and then says "haha, that was fun, but guess what, I'm a guy!" Gee, I wonder why that would upset them?  Yes, that's about right. Honestly I generally think they are pretty easy to pick out, especially after conversing with them .. but if they are so feminine that they are convincingly female in a pretty in-depth conversation, I don't honestly care much about what their RL gender is. If they present convincingly as female, I don't press further than that. Sure, I would not have appreciated being played, but that's never happened to me (such that someone disclosed they were playing me, as you describe). |

Sometimes I even heard them talk about "women". ROFL. It is so pathetic, and it makes us real women look suspicious as soon as our voice chat fails for technical reasons :/ If you can rely on the statistics about other virtual worlds, about 20% of females are in fact guys. edit: typo |
