Strife's head pokes out of a wall you could have sworn wasn't phantom and looks around furtively. Stepping out of the wall the the big mallet strapped on the back comes into view, the ergonomic handle is engraved 'Doombringer' but what catches the eye is a hand horridly pushing a skull into a canvas side bag.
Glancing over a shoulder Strife says quickly "Did someone want something? I'm in a bit of a hurry..." Strife's ears prick and eyes dart about. Without waiting for a reply Strife moves quickly to a different wall, pausing for a moment to mutter something then stepping through it, leaving much the same way as arriving. A moment later a huge ethereal beast of tooth and claw bounds through the same wall that Strife arrived by, the floor vibrating as it crashes against a bookcase, knocking it over. Flustered it throws it's head back and howls, it's body seeming to solidify. It sniffs about the room, it's pace increasing as it makes a beeline for the wall that Strife left by. It leaps through the wall with claws bared. Strife's head pokes through the ceiling, seeing no beast about, climbs down the chandelier rope to the chandelier, then dropping the last couple of meters to the floor. A bit out of breath Strife stammers "I don't have much time before it comes back. Well?" _____________________

Dude .. why do you feel the need to post the reason for your absence? You chose your career and also your employer. You don't have to "switch" to basic because you can't log in .. direct debit means nothing to you ? As for all the avatars thanking you .. I've just recently found out about another text based SL client, based on the SLeek client, but said to be more advanced than SLeek.
This client is called Metabolt and it has an url of http://www.metabolt.net/ . I haven't tried it yet, but perhaps someone has and can comment on it. SLeek and Metabolt are both programs you install on your computer, while AjaxLife runs from your browser. There's at least one more browser based SL client in addition to AjaxLife, called Movable Life. Movable Life's website is at http://movablelife.net/login.aspx . Liquid, I think you were my neighbor in a sim called Shelter. If I'm right then you had a build that I really liked, compliments if you were indeed the one. _____________________

You condone it ? That doesn't matter. Allot of the soldiers out there don't agree with war, but it's not just about war they are therehelping and supporting Iraqi Civillins. It's not just all about fighting you know. I don't condone war, no. But I also look at things in depth. If the soldiers leave now, it wont be good for Innocent Residents living in Iraq, who they leave behind. |
