Thanks! Missed this - sorry. I'll look it up tonight. As I recall, I stuck the word "scary" in search places and just started exploring. The log flume ride was sort of fun.

Sorry to necropost this thread. Sally - I tried to PM you, but you have PM's turned off. The site was Killtower. Also, try "scary" as a search term. It turns up about a dozen interesting places.
Really, one of the most fun things to do in SL if you have time to kill is to put random words into search and explore what turns up. You find the most interesting things that way.

Take a stroll on down the beach next to a Fashion Statement mall for a Spooky Halloween, and enjoy some early season fun! Be sure to grab some of those free gifts before you leave running out the doors! There's Vampires that rest here, oh, watch out for Chucky or his friend, go on to find your way through a maze of spooky halls, then slip on past slithering snakes, gators and the like to just hang about in the crypt with it's current ghostly residents. It's that time of year again for monster's, goblins as well witches to roam and play! It's going on everyday all day and night through Halloween!

Yes, last year I went to a costume contest "dressed" as an avatar that was a glowing red and yellow swirling sphere with flames coming off of it, with the hovertext "Goodness Gracious!" overhead.... yes, you guessed it.. I was a Great Ball of Fire!! ( I won first prize )
