Haunted Spooky fun Houses in SL?

I love Halloween. I took some time to partition off about 2000 meters on my island and make a haunted house with graveyard. I had some scripting done, created a back story and laid out prizes. Now folks have to enter and find 3 keys to open the deadman's box. They may die but can come back as many times as they like until they find three keys. Each death is different and there are seven ways to die. Once you know all the ways you can die you can try to decipher the secret word they represent. This will unlock a secret compartment on the deadman's box and give you a even bigger prize. Also of course there is a pumkin hunt in the graveyard. Some of the pumpkins give money, some gives clues nd some give instant death.

I found the hospital on Deviant last night. If you find Deviant island, head up the path leading to the top of the hill. I wish I remembered compass directions. If you are at the shopping area, one way leads up to a broken down abbey/sex place (unimpressive - it had potential until they put in stripper poles and made it silly). The other direction leads up hill, on a broken up road. Follow it to the top of the hill and there's the abandoned hospital. It was very well done. Very creepy. The shadows on the walls put it over the top for me. The other places mentioned in here are definitely on my list of places I have to see.

I see it's been mentioned before, but just wanted to confirm Devils Labyrinth is good. It was one of the first places I explored as a noob. I came across it by accident really and got stuck in the Labyrinth. I shouted "can anybody see this message" and got the reply "No!"

I faintly remember seeing a sign about this horror sim movie but I forgot.
It would be cool to see current list with slurls relating to something spooky that are still around.

Cool, thanks! Gotta check that out. I love that type of build-- it's at this time of year in particular that I really miss Crimson Falls. (There's a place in Koreshan to donate for the purchase of a new sim, incidentally, for anybody else who misses it also.)

Bucanneer Bay's first Haunted Maze - Pirate Catacombs

And there be a relaxing boat ride for up to four people that circles the island, offering a relaxing spell after being crushed, slice, smashed, bitten and... and... Aye, just be certain to be nice to Skippy when ye comes across him. Free burials for the unwary.

Wow. I was just there... this place is seriously creepy. The ticking clock noise that seemed to be everywhere just about drove me nuts. Definitely a must-see... don't go alone!

Halloween island Publishing Island (181, 134, 73)

Last night, since this thread has me in the Halloween mood, I typed "scary" into search and popped up a bunch of fun places. One had a haunted log flume ride and blood water slide. Sort of a goofy haunted amusement park theme, as opposed to actually freaky like the insane asylum one, but it was still fun.

My house is slightly creepy. It has nothing to do with Halloween, though. I'm just naturally creepy.

I looooove haunted houses. I firmly believe SL should have more of them.



Search for Silent Hill under places. It's a hospital - not mental but it'll make you mental. It has weird creatures that follow you around and even a self-propelled wheelchair that'll mysteriously crop up behind you when you're not looking. If you're familiar with the game by the same name, it really does it justice.

Inc asked me to spookify one of his and his wife's empty rentals it will be open Tuesday for public viewing. Here is sneak peak....
The story goes as this the previous renter vanished shortly after ending his occupncy.
The house and all around it seems to be under spell but its only visible within the house.
The house has become run down yet there are weird happenings and some strange transformations its as if those who visit are looking on edge of another dimension that is hidden in the house.
This is one of the dimensions that have appeared in the house.

We've got our entire sim devoted to Halloween this year, I don't want to give away all of the surprises, but there is a haunted house and over 1/4 of the sim is haunted caves that you go through on a mine cart.

Free Free Free! Spooky Scare train ride in Oshima.
The train ride is now open and the entire downtown will soon be a "city in the swamp" themed spook ride with a ride, a walk through section and a "Monster Mosh" open for all party area.
