What people shouldn't be forced to look at are all those jaggies. Those two look like they're gonna saw each other in half, for goodness sake. For the love all that is decent and holy in the universe, give your poor porn stars some dignity and assign SL an anti-aliasing profile in your video card settings. :D


If they're going to use "art" of newbies then yes, take it off. Although, as I stated this is considered art on the artist' behalf. Personally, I would rather it be of a beautiful women or a nice looking couple, not of two or more plain looking newbies.

But this is for my personal taste. The people behind the pictures would probably have a different view as it's their 'art' and it's what they want it to represent. And they have that right to do so as they should.

Please. This is SL you're talking about not a nun's convention.

Isn't sl suppose to imitate rl? Then what's the big deal? Nudity is regarded as art in many forms of artistical endeavors. These artist' should not even have to be asking if they should or not.

Some people act like nudity or anything close to it is something god-awful.


If it's imitating RL, then why is there a question of whether nudity should be in a Miss Whatever pageant...there is no nudity in pageants...

So what are you on about? No one minds nudity, nor nudity as art...but nudity in a Miss Whatever pageant is uncalled for, unlike it's RL counterpart, and injecting an adult theme into something that is PG...

How many pageants have you seen? If it wasn't about personality, they wouldn't talk, answer questions, and charm the pants off the judges...

Although it's subjective, you don't see too many beautiful idiots win pageants...you have to have some kind of personality...

Seriously do not see what this has to do with second life resident answers, after all it is not really a question as much as it is an opinion.

I finally got around to watching Little Miss Sunshine not too long ago. Absolutely hilarious.
Alan Arkin was priceless. I can't eat chicken without laughing. And Miss Congeniality, The Shat was in it so you can't go wrong there. 2 winners.

Next Christmas. I don't watch Heroes, but I saw his picture and there is a good resemblance to Leonard Nimoy. Ben Cross and Winona Ryder are going to be his parents.

I am really disappointed at how many people didn't read the Community Standards or worse just don't care.

Global Standards, Local Ratings
All areas of Second Life, including the www.secondlife.com website and the Second Life Forums, adhere to the same Community Standards. Locations within Second Life are noted as Safe or Unsafe and rated Mature (M) or non-Mature (PG), and behavior must conform to the local ratings. Any unrated area of Second Life or the Second Life website should be considered non-Mature (PG).


We have always had a lacks attitude on the forums about the rating but that is above and beyond.

I didn't want to close the thread I hoped Aki would edit it before too long.
