It's so perfect when you click on this thead after having the forums work for hours and get the 503 error. Which is what just happened to me.

They claim the website is fixed! Good to know, the 3 503 errors I got trying to post this must have been hallucinations. And yes, this is a new browser instance.
[RESOLVED 10:09 AM PST] The website errors have been resolved. We will keep to monitor the website for any further signs of connection failures. Any concierge folks out there feel like giving them a ring? _____________________

Unbelievable. why unbelievable? we know their track record of using the word "fix", if it would have said anything else, that would have been unbelievable no wonder my liaision app was declined, they only hire people full of BS and with less then 1 braincell oh btw, did you notice the blog *almost* NEVER has issues while all other pages struggle to load? makes you wonder... heh _____________________

The blog isn't hosted on LL's servers so it's not affected by any problems with LL's servers. but as it almost never has prblems, shows that those guys are proffesionals and LL is hobbying around maybe they should relocate the entire website into the hands of people who know what they`re doing or hire them to clean up the mess instead of saying "we fixed it!" several times with worse odds then having ginko say "we will refund every one!" _____________________

It took me like 10 tries to even SEE this thread, and five more to post in it, due to 503 error. And yet we have the blog saying that the problem is resolved. With comments that might be to the contrary turned OFF. Now that is the definition of stupid. It is the definition of ostrich with head in sand. Nothing looks worse than claiming something is fixed when it isn't, unless it's turning off comments to make sure no one can contradict you. 503 error is still around after teh sceond time the [RESOLVED] has been posted.
However, Teeple did return my IM in-world and thanked me for letting him know. We chatted a bit and I mentioned turning on the comments on the blog so we could let LL know of continued problems in a more timely mannor. His resposnse was that seemed reasonable and he would discuss it on Monday. I assume with the rest of LL and/or the management needed to make that call. So while we're still smacking forheads off teh ol 503, there's at least someone listening to the pounding. ~Jessy _____________________

I was foolish enough to try and purchase something. That's something I normally don't do when things are borked. Fortunately I didn't lose my money. Instead I just received a Data Server Error message and my money remained in my account.
It looks like the troubles are spreading. Why am I not surprised. _____________________

Why am I not surprised. Because it'd be foolish to waste such an emotion on the easily predicted? I haven't had the 503 today, but.. everything is kind of slow going for me. Moving from one section of the website to another drags and bogs down. Not my connection as far as I can tell, because I can go to ANY other website with ease. Instead of weening us from the forums, they're weening us from the website in general! _____________________
