I know they have different types in sl. But what's with the cat tails and ears? I think it looks so ridiculous as they are and even more so when worn with regular clothes. I saw a couple dancing at a formal event. He with a tux and she with a nice gown. They looked nice except they both had cat tails and ears. Is this suppose to be sexy? I've heard it's one reason for it being worn. Someone told me they also use it in sex as a turn on. A turn on? Sex with animals is a turn on? I mean the involvement of animals and creatures mixed in with human sex in whatever capacity considered a turn on? Why not wear the entire cat outfit instead of walking around with a tail on your ass and big animal ears. Everyone has their own taste but this looks really lame. If anything, complete animal makeovers look alot better then this and some even look cute and these I wouldn't touch either. You're right - nekos are silly.. Hedgehogs.. They are, of course, a totally different story.. Hedgies are cute, cuddly, not at all good to eat!!, and did I mention cute?  _____________________

Well the meeting went well and my boss is impressed and taking us all out to Mexican food for lunch, so that means that friday is pretty much over already, and it's only 9:45 am. LOL! The ears are there for you to scratch and fondle and caress. They feel nice, and it makes the kitty purr. The tail is there to tickle YOUR...ears. Yeah, that's it, your ears...and make YOU purr. I hope that answers your question, although in your case I would imagine it's only of academic interest, since I doubt any kitties will be jumping in your lap anytime soon. _____________________

I'm tired of having this 'discussion,' so I think I'll just quote Trout... Also, I think Ann is cute. Check me out! I'm famous. Ann is cute. So's Lexxi and so are the other nekos in here. OP would be a happier person if he left other people alone and spent his energy on things that made him happy. Maybe there are some classes offered at a local community college on how not to be a dick. He could try meditation or yoga or something. Maybe Buddhism. I've never met a buddhist that I though was a jackass, so maybe there is something about Buddhism that will suppress his natural tendencies to be judgmental, ignorant and generally obnoxious. The YMCA is a good resource for classes as well, and if they don't offer anything that can help him be less of an asshole, he can always sign up for a boxing class and we would at least have the satisfaction of knowing that some monstrosity in a sleeveless YMCA sweatshirt is pounding him into the canvas. Plus, boxing is great cardiovascular exercise. We all win! Look. Don't take this the wrong way. I'm just trying to help here. The OP seems like he's really in a very sad place, and a little self-improvement is always a good thing. _____________________
