I dun' think it's so simple as that... For one a mall is a physical location in the RL, which most (not all, yes I know this) local governments restrict the amount of people allowed inside, usin' various arcane methods to determine 'zactly how many people can pour outa the doors inna panic due ta fires, terrorist attacks, or crazy redheads throwin' esplosive peanur butter cookies.
If they GOTTA limit logins, due ta too many of us online at once, well then they gotta. I can unnerstand that. But GAWDSDAMMIT DON' suddenly do it after MONTHS of blowin' off the promise ta DO SO!
