My experience with Linden support is excellent. Live chat, and tickets. My last ticket was about wether accounts with no payment on file were counting in the amount of picks for a parcel, and it took some days. According to the answer they did some actual testing before they answered. Bottomline: support isn't that bad. Loosing stuff however is a problem they are not able to solve it seems, not untill they have their asset servers stable enough. Also it is hard to know wether someone deleted an item by accident, or lost it, I guess. If the OP sent tickets they way he or she posts on the forum though, I understand that they experience support to be bad

I believe these truths to be self-evident:
_People blast out things in frustration that they wouldn't ordinarily say.
_The level of support you get on one day could be completely different from the next.
_Regardless of paying LL directly for tier/subscription, or paying indirectly via Linden purchases, rentals, or even simply purchasing content from others which go to expenses of uploads, tier, rentals, etc... we're all paying. _Grid issues do not affect us more/less because we're premium/basic.

You MIGHT make the argument that buying L$ on lindex is buying from other players not LL but then again LL does sell L$ on the lindex through SUpply Linden. So you just dont know maybe they are paying a good bit more than 60 cents direct to LL pockets. Having a premium account does not make one BETTER than someone else in any way. Just means you get a stipend and own land. Reality is the SL platform IS unstable. If we want to remain in it we have to accept that, minimise our losses as much as we can, and cope. Just how it is. Premium Accounts get the same treatment, as far as I have seen, that's why I went back to Basic after almost a year in Premium. You could build a city the size of Bay City, and if it "got lost" (theoretically), LL wouldn't have to give you a dime back.

Log a JIRA on it, submit a basic ticket, or if you want more support, pay for it.
Your rights to support are much less. Part of the premium package is enhanced support.
It is also known that the lindens don't take much notice of rants. Put everything together constructively when you submit your ticket and you may get a positive response. But right now the Lindens have other issues. There is no point in submitting a JIRA for a lost inventory item. Every previous JIRA started for this reason has been dismissed by LL saying it is a support issue, not a bug. I don't agree with them, but that is how they are treating them.
