I'm guessing you are not familiar with her forum posts in the past or the constant ongoing drama of many people posting "SL is soooo bad, I am leaving forever", only for the person to still be here complaining about SL a month later.

It is fine because the OP did not come on asking for help. We would have been glad to throw out some ideas to help solve whatever the problems were. Instead the OP came on to say they are leaving because it is a stupid game. If a person is going to leave because they don't enjoy something then that is fine, just leave. But posting to say "Bye Bye, It sucks here", and a person should expect nothing less then a "Bye and don't let the door hit you in the butt on your way out" response.

Pretty sure this was made for attention.

Well, the ones that make these drama posts about leaving are usually wanting Drama -- we would not be very helpful if we did not attempt to provide it.

Come on now, SL is just for entertainment.
Sure there are a lot of a-holes and perverts but you just gotta try to find some cool folks who don't want to have cyber-sex or act mean.

And also, if you are aggrivated cause of something that happened on one of the islands like Avatar Island or Help island, don't let it get to you, the people who spend ALL their time rotting away on those types of islands are very cliquish and don't let anyone in easily.
You CAN become part of their crowd if you want to spend months on those island rotting away with them. They need a decomposing zombie skin.
Spread yourself around a bit.

And while I don't look at myspace, I think it is kind of rude that anyone attacked your appearance. That is why one doesn't post RL photos. Just share them with friends but don't link to them. I imagine those who put you down probably need to look at themselves and then decide if they have room to insult.

They were not RL photos - they were SL photos........ with prim boobs that hung to the floor and pregnant stomachs about the same size.

So what, that is no reason to be so nasty. I have seen some total freaks in SL, but isn't that the point, you can be anything you want to be.

I was not nasty -- my post simply said "/me just shakes her head in stunned disbelief ". And I was not saying the pictures were justification for anything, I was simply correcting MoiselleErin's impression that the pictures were RL

In SL or RL, I can chuckle or shake my head at anything that I find odd and that is my right and is not necessarily being "nasty".

The OP is probably pissed about something.
I know I have had bad days and wanted to ask for help but lashed out instead.
Maybe she just needs to talk, I don't know.
As much as a smart ass as I can be, I kind of hate to see people depressed or sad.
Yeah I talk a lot of shit but I cannot hurt someone. I tend to get hurt easily myself.

I know sometimes I have felt like crap playing on SL.
As many of you have told me, SL does sometimes bring up RL emotions. Has for me.

Maybe the OP cannot get pregnant RL. We design our avatars based on what we wish we were or looked like. I know this feeling too well.

Ya know what's really scary..... there are people that we all probably know IRL who are capable of this kind of wingnuttiness and we have NO idea because that kind of warped drama mentality is sort of seething underneath the appearance or normality (a certain person I used to know years ago comes to mind....*shudder* but fortunately her instability reared it's ugly head in time for me and other mutual friends to exit stage left and run...run for the hills......)
