I dont know if it was mentioned, but this certainly is a way to drum up business posting here. ; ) Send me a LM..
Also I noticed a very boring profile... maybe you should spice that up a bit. I dunno just a thought. Maybe you don't use that one to dance in I dunno.. Good luck a lot of people think dancing nude is the easy way to make cash on SL..... |

And may I just gently suggest looking into the correct way to use "too" and "to"...? This is driving me nuts. Really.

I've been lately advising an SL strip club as to getting more customers, and I'll share to you the same thing I share to my client. People do not go to SL strip clubs to see naked cartoon bodies. They go to make personal connections with other people that make them feel good about themselves. Looking good helps. Poetic emoting skills help. But most importantly, you need to have that small talk or flirting ability to make your customer feel that you personally appreciate them, you personally find them sexy, and you personally care about why they are there. It's all about them, not you. The most successful dancers are the ones who are best at personally connecting with customers. In fact, in my casual observation, some of the best tippers seem to find the sexual elements of the club as secondary. They seem to be mainly interested in talking about their day or what's on their mind to someone who is personally attentive to them. Even though I suspect that current economic conditions may be curbing resident spending on SL dancers, I still see individual dancers who do quite well, and they do well because they are good at connecting with people. I agree with this 100%. I work at a club in SL and we have our down times and our up times. But I can tell you this, the best tips I get are from the guys who just sit and talk forever. They are interested in being liked and listened too. The sexual part only attracts the real pervos. Repeat customers who tip well are the ones who are there to be friends and make friends. Ok thats my advice. lol.. |

I'm not really sure if this is a stupid question but oh well i'm gonna ask anyway lol Well i've been working as a dancer in a club for about 3 days now and i'm struggling you could say too attract attention too myself. I have a good avi and i'm friendly but yet i've not really had anyone come sit with me or if they do sit down it's for the girl next too me. I've not really made any tips either while working there and i've been doing it pretty non stop for the past two days. So i'm completely blind too what i'm doing wrong. Is it because i'm new too the establishment that i'm being snubbed so too speak or am i just not good enough lol, it's making me wonder if i should get out now while i can. Is the SL club scene going down? If you would like i can help you out with a lot of great tips for dancing..i've mentored a lot of girls that went on to do very well over the past couple of years..it's not hard to get noticed really if you can seperate yourself from the others in some way. it's basically finding some good strong points and building around those.. profile has a bit to do with it..looks last about as long as it takes to say ir do the wrong thing lol.. the club is also important..because it has an open spot doesn't mean it fits you.. also it depends a lot on why you choose to dance..is it money or fun or the sensuality that grabs you.. a lot of things can determine how good you are..but none will work if you don't know how to piece them together.. i have a little stage i put up that is still up in my home that i used to use to work with dancers.. it kind of takes the pressure off of them instead of working with them right in the club.. i'm on most times in the PM if you ever want to stop by..just drop me an IM i'd be more than happy to help ![]() _____________________
