I just saw this on Katt's recent blog entry, and it raised my eyebrows to say the least, but it WOULD explain a few things: From: someone Sean Heying Says:

Katt is not only not responsible she doesn’t follow up on her promises.
She promised she would ask around about DMCA and get back to us… she never did.

She never did answer why she had the same Identicon as Dusty Linden (AKA Katt and Dusty are the same person) Anyone else know anything about this, or this claim?

Actually, yes I would, given that Katt was presented as a newly-hired Linden and Dusty has been around for a while. If they ARE the same person, it would really give yet another indication of the truthfulness of LL operations.
I'm also wondering if Katt will make this thread just disappear...

Anyone else know anything about this, or this claim? This came out of the little picture widgets in the blog. Someone noticed that Katt and Dusty had the same one, which somehow "proved" they were the same person. I don't know if they are or not, but I really doubt it. Call it a gut feeling. I've pestered them both over time an they seem like different peoples. Plus, they're both too darn busy.  Mari

So all it really proves is they were logged in from the same IP and provided the same info (which was probably blank fields). If they were both logging in from Linden HQ, understandable. If they are 'moonlabbers' working from home, then either they are married, or are the same person. But in the end, i'll just eat a donut and run along, as it hardly changes anything in the grand scheme. And for those asking, Dusty Linden is the one in charge of the SL 5th Birthday Celebration. |
